Patent number: 9028218Abstract: A steam turbine having a fork-type joint structure is provided that secures sufficient strength for endurance of stress corrosion cracking, low-cycle fatigue, and high-cycle fatigue, and extends an operating life while making it possible to endure long-term operation. The turbine includes a rotor having a plurality of rotor forks rowed in an axial direction; a turbine blade having blade forks arranged in the axial direction of the rotor, the blade forks engaged with the rotor forks; a plurality of pin holes whose positions are different from each other in the radial direction of the rotor; and a plurality of fork pins inserted into the plurality of pin holes in the axial direction of the rotor. A clearance exists between an inner diameter of the pin hole of the blade fork and a diameter of the fork pin, the clearance varying depending on positions in the axial direction of the turbine.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 2012Date of Patent: May 12, 2015Assignee: Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd.Inventors: Kunio Asai, Keiko Shishime, Yasuyoshi Harashima, Takeshi Kashiwagi, Hideyuki Nomura, Takafumi Wakasa, Masayoshi Ohhira

Patent number: 8474315Abstract: In a liquid level sensor according to the present invention, a first detecting electrode being always in a liquid to be measured, a second detecting electrode which measures a level of the liquid to be measured, and a third detecting electrode being always out of the liquid to be measured are arranged, an operation of charging capacitor 45 for a time being in proportion to a ratio of a length of a part of the second detecting electrode in the liquid to be measured to a total length of the second detecting electrode and an operation of discharging the electric charge of the capacitor for a time being in proportion to a ratio of a length of a part of the second detecting electrode being out of the liquid to be measured to the total length of the second detecting electrode is repeated. With this configuration, the liquid level can be precisely detected without arranging a complex operational device even though a dielectric constant or a temperature of the liquid to be measured changes.Type: GrantFiled: July 21, 2009Date of Patent: July 2, 2013Assignee: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Mikihiro Ohshima, Motoki Ogata, Yoshinori Takashima, Takeshi Kashiwagi

Patent number: 5630877Abstract: A method and an apparatus for producing a product having a magnetically formed pattern, capable of forming any desired pattern in diversely different shapes with a clear visual recognizability, at high speed, by a simple procedure, and a painted product produced by these method and apparatus. The product is produced by forming a paint layer from a paint medium mixed with magnetic non-spherical particles, and applying a magnetic field containing the lines of magnetic field in a shape corresponding to the desired pattern to be formed.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 1995Date of Patent: May 20, 1997Assignee: Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takeshi Kashiwagi, Tatsuya Tamura, Mitsuaki Narita

Patent number: 5339584Abstract: A synthetic resin window, e.g. for automotive vehicles, includes a window body member in the form of a sheet of transparent or semi-transparent synthetic resin, a hard coated layer covering and fusion-bonded to at the outer surface of the window body member, a frame member of a synthetic resin formed integrally with the body member to extend along a peripheral edge thereof, and connection between the frame member and the outer surface of the window body member. The connection may include a core element which is integrally connected to the window body member in a form-locking manner from outer and inner sides thereof, and at least partly embedded in said frame member. Alternatively, the connection may include bare surfaces of the synthetic resin forming the window body member, which are not covered by the hard coated layer and which are directly adhered to the frame member by an adhesive agent.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 1993Date of Patent: August 23, 1994Assignee: Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shinichi Ohtake, Tatsuya Tamura, Tetsuo Hotta, Takeshi Kashiwagi
