  • Publication number: 20060048854
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an oxide superconducting wire according to the present invention comprises a step (S1, S2) of preparing a wire formed by covering raw material powder of an oxide superconductor with a metal (3) and a heat treatment step (S4, S6) of heat-treating the wire in a pressurized atmosphere having a total pressure of at least 1 MPa and less than 50 MPa in the heat treatment. At a heat-up time before the heat treatment in the heat treatment step (S4, S6), pressurization is started from a temperature reducing 0.2% yield strength of the metal (3) below the total pressure in the heat treatment. Thus, formation of voids between oxide superconducting crystals and blisters of the oxide superconducting wire is suppressed while the partial oxygen pressure can be readily controlled in the heat treatment, whereby the critical current density can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6987978
Abstract: The disclosed invention makes mobile terminals physically impossible to use in specific spaces without using radio waves of so high intensity as to affect medical devices and without requiring telephone companies that operate wireless communications systems (WCS) to take special measures. Cooperation of a telephone company on the implementation of making mobile terminals physically impossible to use in specific spaces makes mobile terminals provided by the telephone company easy to use. Pseudo signals of downlink pilot signal in WCS are emitted off the pilot timing in specific spaces. Uplink channel radio waves in cooperative telephone compannies' WCS are relayed and communication path is disconnected if the uplink channel radio waves are for communication of an attribute banned in the space. Communication path can be disconnected without increasing the intensity of radio waves so high.

  • Publication number: 20050254429
Abstract: There is installed a special management node to efficiently perform network configuration management. When a node starts communication with another node, the node sends a request for node position information about the communication counterpart node to a management node. Upon receiving the node position information request, the management node references a network configuration information table to calculate information about a route from the node to the communication counterpart node. The management node notifies the calculated route information. By utilizing the route information, the node can communicate with the communication counterpart node. Each node notifies node-to-node connection information, information about links with adjacent nodes, to the management node as necessary.
