  • Patent number: 7794216
Abstract: A plunger is inserted into a slide hole of a cylinder body provided between a pressurizing chamber and a drive cam, so as to reciprocate within the slide hole. The drive cam and a coil spring move the plunger toward the drive cam so that fuel is sucked into the pressurizing chamber, and also move the plunger toward the pressurizing chamber so that the fuel in the pressurizing chamber is pressurized. A clearance between the plunger and a wall of the slide hole forms a flow passage of the fuel discharged from the pressurizing chamber. In the high-pressure fuel pump constructed as above, a fluid reservoir is provided in the flow passage. The capacity of the fluid reservoir increases as the plunger moves toward the drive cam, and decreases as the plunger moves toward the pressurizing chamber.

  • Publication number: 20080254554
Abstract: A method for producing an optical coupling element of the present invention includes the steps of: determining the mounting position of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element on the front surface of the header portion of each lead frame based on the current amplification factor of the light-receiving element to be mounted; determining the bending angle of each header portion and a distance between the two elements after being bent by calculation such that a predetermined current transfer ratio and an internal insulation distance required by the optical coupling element to be produced are obtained; detecting the determined mounting position by detecting intersections of V-shaped grooves in a grid pattern formed on the front surface of each header portion; mounting each element onto the detected position of the front surface of each header portion while detecting the concave-convex shape; and bending each header portion after mounting each element at the bending angle determined by calculation.

  • Publication number: 20080041974
Abstract: A fuel injection device 1A includes a nozzle body 10 equipped with multiple injection apertures 12, a needle valve 20 arranged in the nozzle body, a fuel swirl portion 24 in which fuel FE is swirled along an inner wall surface of the nozzle body, and a guide portion 22 applying swirl force to the fuel and then guiding the fuel to the fuel swirl portion, the fuel swirl portion being arranged at a position at which the fuel swirl portion partially overlaps with the injection apertures. When the needle valve is at a low lift position, the fuel swirl portion overlaps with parts of the injection apertures so that the shape of sprayed fuel can be formed in diffusive spray having a wide spray angle. When the needle valve is at a high lift position, the shape of sprayed fuel can be formed in column-shaped spray having a narrow spray angle.

  • Publication number: 20060215028
Abstract: A passive keyless entry device includes an in-vehicle transceiver and a portable transceiver. The in-vehicle transceiver has a clock signal generating circuit, a control signal generating signal that outputs a binary control signal having positive and negative values, a modulation circuit that forms a pulse modulation signal by modulating the clock signals by the control signal, and a transmission circuit that has half-bridge circuits, a low-frequency antenna being connected to output ends of the half-bridge circuits. The control signal changes from positive to negative value slightly later than the usual time. During a period from the usual time to the slightly later time, the clock signals modulated by the control signal are inverted clock signals that are shifted by half wavelength with respect to the usual clock signals.
