  • Publication number: 20220308473
Abstract: An electrophotographic photosensitive member includes a conductive support and a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive support. A top surface layer of the electrophotographic photosensitive member includes fluorine-containing resin particles, a fluorine-containing dispersant, and two or more charge transporting materials. When the charge transporting materials are listed in order of decreasing HOMO energy levels, a difference in HOMO energy level between each adjacent two of the charge The ratio A of the amount of each of the charge transporting materials to the total amount of the charge transporting materials satisfies the condition 1 below, [(100/N)?(100/N×0.3)]?A?[(100/N)+(100/N×0.3)]??Condition 1 where N represents the number of types of the charge transporting materials included in the top surface layer.

  • Patent number: 11419209
Abstract: A resin member is formed from a resin material containing filler and an insulating base polymer as a main component. The resin member includes an alignment layer close to a surface of the resin member. The alignment layer includes the filler aligned in the surface direction and the base polymer filling the space between pieces of the filler. The alignment layer includes a carbonized portion that is carbonized matter of the base polymer, contains graphite, and provides electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.

  • Publication number: 20210316487
Abstract: A resin part includes a molded main body that has a plate shape with a longitudinal direction and is constituted of an injection-molded product. The resin part has a gate portion that is a vestige of a resin injection gate. The gate portion is located in an end face part of the molded main body to cross a position corresponding to a center of gravity of the molded main body; the end face part extends in the longitudinal direction of the molded main body.

  • Publication number: 20210316488
Abstract: A resin part includes a plate-shaped molded main body that is constituted of an injection-molded product. Of plate surfaces of the molded main body, a surface on an opposite side to a surface requiring surface accuracy constitutes a pressure-application surface to which pressure is applied by a movable insert. A parting line is formed on the pressure-application surface by the movable insert to satisfy the following relationship: (t/4)?x?(3t/2), where x is a distance from an end edge part of the molded main body to the parting line and t is a thickness of the molded main body.

  • Publication number: 20200391283
Abstract: A mold device is capable of producing a member formed from aluminum, and includes a mold and a molten metal supply part. The mold is capable of forming a cavity into which molten aluminum is charged. The mold has a base part formed from iron and a surface layer part. The surface layer part is provided on the cavity side of the base part and contains 20 weight % or more of chromium. A dichromium trioxide film is formable on a surface of the cavity side of the surface layer part. The molten metal supply part is capable of supplying molten aluminum into the cavity.

  • Publication number: 20050248048
Abstract: In a thermosetting resin injection molding method, a mold comprising at least two portions and heaters for heating and controlling the mold to a predetermined temperature is provided. The method comprises a mold closing steps for closing the mold to form a cavity, an injection step for injecting a thermosetting resin material into the cavity, a hardening step for hardening the thermosetting resin material, and a mold opening step for opening the mold for taking out a hardened and molded product. When one cycle consists of steps from the mold closing step to the mold opening step, a cooling step is included in which the temperature of a cavity forming surface is reduced during a period from the end of the hardening step to the start of the injection step, and mold temperature is controlled by the heaters to a predetermined temperature at all times through the cycle.
