  • Publication number: 20250102375
Abstract: A force sensor includes: a dielectric elastic base material; and a first electrode and three second electrodes that sandwich the elastic base material from both sides in a thickness direction. In a plan view seen along the thickness direction, the three second electrodes are arranged to overlap portions of the first electrode that are different from one another. In each case where an external force acts on the elastic base material along each of a first direction and a second direction that form a predetermined angle on a plane orthogonal to the thickness direction, among areas of the portions where each of the three second electrodes overlaps the first electrode, the areas corresponding to at least two of the second electrodes change.

  • Publication number: 20240426681
Abstract: An electric circuit body includes: a plurality of sensor cells integrally aligned; one or more terminal portions (a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion); and a conductor wire (a first conductor wire and a second conductor wire). Each terminal portion includes a plurality of terminals connected to the plurality of sensor cells. The conductor wire connects the plurality of terminals and the plurality of sensor cells. The plurality of sensor cells are separated into a first cell group connected to a predetermined terminal portion (for example, a first terminal portion) and a second cell group disconnected from the predetermined terminal portion by cutting the plurality of conductor wires at an appropriate position.

  • Publication number: 20240206058
Abstract: A capacitance sensor formed of a plurality of laminated layers includes: a first conductive portion; a second conductive portion arranged to face the first conductive portion; a first conductive wiring in a layer identical to the first conductive portion; a second conductive wiring in a layer identical to the second conductive portion; and a flexible base material having a dielectric property and elasticity and arranged between the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion, wherein a third conductive wiring connecting the first conductive portion or the first conductive wiring to the second conductive portion or the second conductive wiring between layers is arranged on the flexible base material.

  • Publication number: 20210343028
Abstract: Provided are an analysis device, an analysis method, a program, and a calibration method. The analysis device includes: an obtaining part obtaining an image captured by an image capturing part that captures an image of one or more first markers provided on an estimation target; and a calibration part calibrating a conversion rule from a sensor coordinate system to a segment coordinate system based on the image. A posture of the first marker relative to at least one inertial measurement sensor does not change, and the posture with respect to the image capturing part is recognizable by analyzing the captured image. The calibration part derives the posture of the first marker with respect to the image capturing part, derives a conversion matrix from the sensor coordinate system to a camera coordinate system based on the derived posture, and calibrates the conversion rule by using the derived conversion matrix.

  • Patent number: 4785241
Abstract: An encoder unit comprising an object to be detected having a track having a first region with a magnetization pattern at a predetermined pitch and a second region having no periodic magnetization pattern, and a detector having a magnetoresistance effect element arranged in the direction which intersects the direction of the magnetic flux of the magnetization pattern and in opposed relationship with the object to be detected. The encoder unit is simple in construction yet capable of detecting the position of the object to be detected with a higher degree of accuracy than conventional encoders.
