Publication number: 20240101194Abstract: A driving assistance system includes: a first control unit configured to output an output amount related to a required amount; and a second control unit configured to calculate a difference amount between the output amount output and an actually measured amount of an actuator, and control the actuator based on the difference amount and a torque map, in which in assist control (second driving assistance control), the first control unit calculates a difference amount between a second required amount and the actually measured amount, acquires a division amount by dividing the difference amount by a predetermined value, and outputs a total amount of the division amount and the actually measured amount as the output amount, and the second control unit calculates a difference amount between the total amount and the actually measured amount, and controls the actuator based on the difference amount and a second torque map.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2023Publication date: March 28, 2024Applicant: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Shintaro SAIGO, Takeshi Hamaguchi

Patent number: 8992201Abstract: A cooling equipment to be used to cool a stator after molding includes first to third cooling stations, and a detecting station provided in front of the first cooling station. Each of the cooling stations includes a plurality of nozzles that spray dry mist to the stator, a plurality of fans that blow air to the stator, a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the stator, and first to third control units. Furthermore, the detecting station includes a distance sensor that detects the size of the stator, and an integration control unit. The integration control unit identifies the type of the stator based on the detected size, and informs each control unit of the results. Each control unit controls the quantity of water to be supplied to each nozzle and the quantity of air to be blown by each fan based on the identified type and the detected temperature.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 2010Date of Patent: March 31, 2015Assignee: Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Saigo, Kenji Harada, Masaru Hirako, Hideaki Yasuda

Patent number: 8544307Abstract: An apparatus for producing a motor coil is to produce a coil to be used for a stator of a motor by automatically winding a flat rectangular conductive wire by use of a winding machine. This apparatus comprises: an uncoiler for feeding the conductive wire wound and accumulated on a bobbin to the winding machine; an inertia measuring device for measuring inertia of the uncoiler when feeding the conductive wire; chucks and for measuring a resistance value of the conductive wire; and an operating console for setting the winding condition of the rectangular wire to be wound by the winding machine based on the measured inertia and the measured resistance value. The operating console controls the winding machine based on the set winding condition to wind the conductive wire.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2009Date of Patent: October 1, 2013Assignee: Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Saigo, Hiroaki Urano

Patent number: 4984829Abstract: A screw coupling joint having a sealing portion between an outer circumference formed in convex in an axial direction of the coupling joint at the end of the male screw portion and an inner circumference formed in taper at an inner part of the female screw portion. The female screw portion has a stopper end positioned to be contacted, when the coupling joint is assembled, by the inner end of the male screw portion. The taper is between 1.degree. and 3.degree. and the inner diameter D.sub.1 of the female screw and the outer diameter D.sub.2 of the male screw have the relationship D.sub.2 >D.sub.1 at a tangent point therebetween. The end of the male screw portion and the end of the stopper are vertical or perpendicular to the axis of the coupling joint.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 1988Date of Patent: January 15, 1991Assignee: Nippon Kokan Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Saigo, Tomohiko Tokuya, Haruo Kamimura, Mitsuaki Hori, Hidenori Yasuoka
