  • Publication number: 20040244181
Abstract: A product manufacturing line for manufacturing a product by incorporating a component in a semi-finished product may include a conveyor for conveying the semi-finished product and a preparation area in which necessary preparation for feeding the component is previously made. The preparation area is positioned in front of a worker facing the conveyor. Further, the preparation area has a component storage means for storing a desired number of components and a component feeding means for feeding the component to a position that the worker can take the component. Therefore, the worker can take out the component without turning around, since the worker can take out the component from his or her front side.

  • Publication number: 20020078885
Abstract: A supporting structure (10) moves along panel joints (J), (J) of a roof panel (R) and a roof side panel (S) of an automobile body (B). Two sealant coating devices (20, 30), which each have a coating head, are provided on the left and right sides of the supporting structure (10). The sealant coating devices (20, 30) are mounted on the supporting structure 10 in such a manner that the coating heads can move in the width direction as well as in the vertical direction of the automobile body. According to this arrangement, the sealant coating devices (20, 30) move in such a manner that the coating head follows the panel joints (J), (J) while the supporting structure (10) along the longitudinal direction of the automobile body (B).

  • Patent number: 5972270
Abstract: A temperature sensor forming method and forming die are provided which perform insert-forming of a temperature sensor with a minimum of processes and in a short time. The temperature sensor formed has a temperature sensing element 1 arranged in a predetermined position inside a resin case 2. The process does not leave traces of pins that would allow water to penetrate the interior of the case. The process comprises a first step of supporting the temperature sensing element 1 with first and second slide blocks 6c and 6g. The process comprises a second step of injecting a molten forming resin 2a into a forming die 6 and retracting the first slide block 6c by injection pressure while the temperature sensing element 1 is being supported by the second slide block 6g. The process comprises a third step of retracting the second slide block 6g while injecting the molten forming resin 2a into the forming die 6.

  • Patent number: 4908186
Abstract: Two turntables are arranged in a concentric array with a plurality of reaction tubes arranged on each respective turntable, in which one turntable is rotated while, on the other hand, the other turntable is stopped. It is possible to measure the intensity of a light beam passed through the reaction liquid within the reaction tube on the turntable being rotated. The pouring of a sample, pouring of a reagent and washing/drying are achieved with respect to the reaction tubes on the turntable being stopped. The pouring of the sample and reagent and washing of the tubes are achieved parallel with the extraction of the measured data, thus assuring a shorter analytical handling time.

  • Patent number: 4767716
Abstract: An automatic chemical analyzing apparatus including a cuvette assembly having a plurality of rows of reaction tubes arranged in respective sample magazines, each sample magazine being conveyed sequentially in a direction perpendicular to the transverse row of reaction tubes, and then in a direction parallel thereto so as to complete a reaction channel, during which the samples to be analyzed in the magazine are treated and analyzed a predetermined number of times by passing through a photometer. Adjacent the reaction channel is provided a preparation channel for cleaning and drying of reaction tubes and/or for adding of samples and reagents to the cleaned and dried tubes. Sample magazines are selectively transferrable from the reaction chamber to the preparation chamber upon completion of testing of the samples.
