  • Publication number: 20250118077
Abstract: A server apparatus includes a tracking unit and a notification unit. The tracking unit receives a video from a camera device and determines a user type of at least one or more users, the user type regarding a method of procedure to be proceeded with at an authentication terminal, who appear in images that forms the video. Furthermore, the tracking unit tracks a user whose the user type is determined using a video received from the camera device as a target person to be tracked. The notification unit notifies an external device of the user type of the target person to be tracked who appears in the video received from the camera device.

  • Publication number: 20250111025
Abstract: A system includes an authentication terminal and a server apparatus. The authentication terminal is an apparatus that can operate in different modes of operation corresponding to each of different procedure methods. The server apparatus includes a detection unit, a determination unit, and a mode control unit. The detection unit detects a waiting person waiting at a waiting area, where procedures are performed at the authentication terminal, using image data captured at the waiting area. The determination unit determines a type of the waiting person regarding the procedures to be proceeded with at the authentication terminal. The mode control unit instructs the authentication terminal to change the mode of operation, when the type of the waiting person is not consistent with a mode of operation of the authentication terminal.

  • Patent number: 12243366
Abstract: Provided is a server device that achieves highly accurate biometric authentication. This server device includes a management unit, and a processing unit. The management unit manages a database that stores biometric information about each of a plurality of users. The processing unit processes an authentication request from each of a plurality of terminals, including a gate device at a final stage of a series of procedures, with reference to the database. When a first user who has succeeded in authentication passes through the gate device, the management unit invalidates an entry of the first user stored in the database.

  • Publication number: 20240070557
Abstract: Provided is a management server that excludes a user who is not qualified to use a boarding system utilizing biometric authentication. The management server includes a receiving unit and a generation unit. The receiving unit receives, from a terminal, a token issuance request including at least boarding pass information written on a boarding pass, and passport information written on a passport. The generation unit makes a first determination about consistency between the boarding pass information and the passport information, and generates, on the basis of the result of the first determination, a token for a user to use a boarding process utilizing biometric information.

  • Publication number: 20240029494
Abstract: Provided is a server device with which it is possible to detect the occurrence of false authentication in biometric authentication. The server device is provided with an acquisition unit and an authentication unit. The acquisition unit acquires biometric information regarding an authenticate from a terminal. The authentication unit performs biometric authentication using the biometric information regarding the authenticate and biometric information regarding each of a plurality of users registered in advance. When a prescribed condition is satisfied, the authentication unit transmits, to a staff terminal used by staff, authentication result information including the biometric information acquired from the terminal and registered biometric information of a successful authenticate who succeeded in biometric authentication.

  • Publication number: 20230342443
Abstract: A server device includes a reception unit, an authentication unit, a storage unit, and a generating unit. The reception unit receives an authentication request including biometric information of a person to be authenticated, from a terminal that has acquired the biometric information of the person to be authenticated, out of a plurality of terminals. The authentication unit performs biometric authentication using the biometric information of the person to be authenticated, and biometric information of each of a plurality of users registered in advance. With regard to an authentication-successful person for which biometric authentication is successful, the storage unit stores the biometric information registered in advance and detailed information of authentication results in a correlated manner. The detailed information of authentication results includes biometric information acquired by the terminal that is the transmission source of the authentication request.
