  • Patent number: 8456535
Abstract: An imaging apparatus communicates with a second imaging apparatus connected to the imaging apparatus via a network, and analyzes a photographing frequency of the second imaging apparatus by receiving information indicating that the second imaging apparatus has performed photographing. When the analyzed photographing frequency exceeds a predetermined value, the imaging apparatus changes setting regarding image data to be recorded.

  • Publication number: 20120300501
Abstract: A DC power supply including a resonant circuit on a secondary side of a transformer suppresses a surge voltage during power recovery of diodes constituting a rectifier circuit, correctly estimates a load current from a secondary current of the transformer, and adjusts supplied power when a load is light. The DC power supply includes a DC voltage source, a converter, a transformer, a rectifier circuit, a resonant circuit composed of a resonant switch and a resonant capacitor, a filter reactor, a filter capacitor, a snubber diode, a snubber capacitor, a load, first and second voltage sensors, a current sensor, and a controller for controlling gate pulses of semiconductor devices constituting a converter and the resonant switch and a signal for adjusting operation timings of A/D converters converting the signals of these sensors.

  • Patent number: 7428066
Abstract: A printer emulating apparatus obtains a command signal which is outputted from a controller unit via an interface, and emulates a state of an engine unit in accordance with a notification of an elapsed time by a timer for notifying the elapse of a predetermined time and the obtained command signal. A response signal is transmitted via the interface in accordance with the emulated state of the engine unit and the obtained command signal. An image sync signal is generated to the controller unit in accordance with the emulated state of the engine unit.

  • Patent number: 7251046
Abstract: In case of developing an image output apparatus including a controller to generate image data and an engine to form an image on a medium based on the image data, in order to verify the image data from the controller in real time, halftone image data before conversion into a PWM signal is converted into a serial signal and output instead of the PWM signal for output to the engine unit if a controller operation verification apparatus is used instead of the engine unit. Thus, multivalued halftone data not including an error due to a conversion process can be sent to the controller operation verification apparatus without adding signal line and driver circuit dedicated for sending the multivalued halftone data, whereby it is possible to improve development efficiency of the image output apparatus by accurate verification of the output image data.
