  • Publication number: 20200406577
Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a honeycomb core by a domed bonding layer, a bonding sheet is, upon bonding of each cell, heated with hot air to form a uniform bonding layer on an end surface of each honeycomb cell, thereby providing a lightweight honeycomb core having stable strength. In the method for manufacturing the honeycomb core, a technique including the doming step of pumping, when bonding molding is performed for a core in which multiple ribs are connected to form an assembly of cells by means of a flat thermally-weldable bonding sheet laid on an upper surface of the core, upward hot air upwardly into the cells to form a dome-shaped bonding layer at the bonding sheet on an upper surface of each cell, the rupturing step of pumping downward hot air from above to the vicinity of the top of the dome-shaped bonding layer to rupture the bonding layer, and the thermal welding step of forming a uniform bonding layer on upper edge portions of the cells by means of meltability and surface tension.

  • Publication number: 20190337046
Abstract: The present invention is provided focusing on a servo press configured to enable high-speed/high-accuracy operation by numeric value control in the method for manufacturing an arc-shaped coil spring. The present invention provides a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device configured so that the curvature of the arc-shaped coil spring can be freely ensured. The manufacturing method includes the clamp step of fixing a straight cylindrical coil spring, the end portion detection step of detecting an end portion, a rotation angle position determination step, a pitch feeding step, a pressing member insertion step, and an insertion direction conversion step. The manufacturing method and the manufacturing device relate to the technology of continuously repeating the operation of pushing down a pressing member to an inter-pitch from above, thereby deforming the straight cylindrical coil spring into the coil spring with the curvature.

  • Patent number: 6947679
Abstract: An image forming apparatus has sufficient fixing stability and load capacity and being free of sheet jamming and poor image formation. An image forming apparatus includes a transfer voltage applying section for applying a voltage to a transfer section; a transfer current detector for detecting the transfer current flowing through the transfer section; a fixing section for fixing the toner image to fixing position at a predetermined temperature; and a size detector for detecting the size of the recording material. The transfer voltage applying section applies a predetermined transfer voltage, while the recording material passes through the transfer section, so that the transfer current is kept a constant current. When the predetermined transfer voltage is lower than a threshold voltage and the size of the recording material is larger than the predetermined size, the fixing section fixes the toner image at a temperature which is lower than the predetermined temperature.
