  • Patent number: 8043772
Abstract: In an exposure process forming a predetermined circuit pattern of a semiconductor device on a wafer, a resist dimension of the resist pattern formed on a wafer and a focus position in the exposure process at a past time are measured. A resist dimension and a focus position of a wafer to which the exposure process is secondly performed are estimated by using measurement results of the measured resist dimension and focus position, and a focus offset value is calculated by using estimated values of the estimated resist dimension and focus position. Then, an exposure dose is calculated with considering this focus offset value, and a resist pattern is formed on the wafer to which the exposure process is performed by using the calculated exposure dose and focus offset value.

  • Publication number: 20070205078
Abstract: A self-checkout terminal is provided which includes a coin recycling machine which stores a coin inserted into a coin inlet in accordance with a denomination of the coin and releases the sorted coin through a coin outlet. A coin receiver receives a coin released through the coin outlet. A coin path couples a coin slot and the coin inlet, and a fake coin path diverges from the coin path toward the coin receiver. A judging unit judges whether a coin inserted into the coin slot is real or fake, and a sorting unit sorts a coin judged to be fake into the fake coin path. When a coin inserted into the coin slot is judged to be fake and is sorted into the fake coin path, information that there is something wrong with the coin is provided to a customer. A coin as change is released through the coin outlet.

  • Patent number: 5106212
Abstract: A printing head supporting device including a supporting mechanism for supporting a printing head so that the printing head can be brought into contact with and separation from a platen, and a pressure plate detachably mounted to a printer body. When the pressure plate is mounted to the printer body, the printing head is maintained in contact with the platen to obtain a printable condition. In contrast, when the pressure plate is detached from the printer body, the printing head is maintained in separation from the platen, so that an operator can easily carry out a maintenance work such as cleaning of the printing head or removing of a recording paper caught between the printing head and the platen. Thus, the maintenance work can be easily carried out by a simple operation such that the pressure plate is simply detached from the printer body.
