Abstract: In order to provide a technique capable of presenting information that is different from the image of a surveillance camera and is effective for searching for a person, this search information providing device includes, as functional units, a collation unit and an output unit. The collation unit collates a fingerprint image obtained by a fingerprint photographing device with a fingerprint image, of a search target person, given in advance. When the fingerprint image on the handrail member matches the fingerprint image of the search target person, the output unit outputs information indicating that the search target person has been detected to a predetermined reporting destination.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a surface-treated metal sheet for polyolefin resin bonding having a metal substrate and an adhesive layer laminated on at least one surface of the metal substrate with a chemical conversion coating film interposed between the metal substrate and the adhesive layer. This surface-treated metal sheet for polyolefin resin bonding is characterized in that a coating liquid for forming the chemical conversion coating film contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin, a colloidal silica, and a silane coupling agent; a coating amount of the chemical conversion coating film is 0.05 to 3 g/m2 in terms of dry mass; the adhesive layer contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin; and the adhesive layer has a thickness of 5 to 100 ?m.
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a compound with a high refractive index at a wavelength in range of 450 nm to 750 nm in a capping layer to improve light extraction efficiency of an organic EL device. The present invention was achieved by focusing on the fact that a heterocyclic compound has excellent thin film stability and durability and is able improve the refractive index by adjusting the molecular structures, and planning molecule, and an organic EL device having excellent luminous efficiency was obtained by using this compound as a material for constituting a capping layer.

Abstract: A particulate-matter detecting sensor including an insulating substrate which has a detecting face, detecting conductors formed in the insulating substrate, and a heating section formed on the insulating substrate. Each detecting conductor includes a detecting electrode part, a terminal part, and a connecting part. A portion of the detecting conductor is constituted of a noble metal conductor mainly formed of at least one noble metal selected from Pt, Au, Pd, Rh and Ir. At least a portion of the connecting part is formed of a low expansion conductor mainly formed of a low expansion coefficient metal having linear expansion coefficient lower than that of the noble metal. Both conductors are joined at an overlapping part at which the noble metal conductor and the low expansion conductor are partly overlapped with each other on an insulating layer forming the insulating substrate in a normal line direction of the insulating layer.

Consequently, even if the decoder decodes a bit stream to obtain each layer in the output layer set without the output layer, there is no picture to be outputted. There is a possibility that such coded data causes the decoder expecting an output to operate unexpectedly. Output layer sets having the same configuration may be defined. Consequently, the amount of code pertaining to the output layer sets defined in an overlapping manner is redundant. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a specification of a bit stream conformance pertaining to the output layer set prevents occurrence of an output layer set without an output layer and a redundant output layer set.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a microchannel device that has a channel sandwiched between channel walls formed in an inside of a porous substrate, wherein the channel wall contains a thermoplastic resin and a colorant, and wherein an abundance ratio of the colorant is higher in the porous substrate surface area of the channel wall than in an internal area of the channel wall. In the configuration of the present disclosure, since more of the colorant exist on the surface side of the porous substrate in the channel wall, the visibility of the channel is increased, and in addition, since the amount of the colorant in the internal portion of the channel wall is small, the elution of the ions contained in the colorant into the specimen is suppressed, and the measurement accuracy is increased.
