    Abstract: A viscoelastic resin which comprises a reaction product of:(A) a polyester diol having a molecular weight of 400 to 6,000, at least 60 mol % of the dicarboxylic acid component of which is an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and at least 30 mol % of the glycol component of which is neopentyl glycol or its derivative;(B) an aliphatic polyester diol having a molecular weight of 600 to 6,000;(C) a diisocyanate compound; and(D) a chain extender;said (A), (B), (C) and (D) being reacted in a weight ratio (A):(B):(C) of 100:0 to 150:10 to 100:0 to 30.
