  • Publication number: 20080271912
Abstract: Provided is a printed circuit board which can be improved in plating adhesiveness to give high reliability and productivity by reducing development residues in opening portions such as a minute pad formed in a predetermined region of an alkali development type solder resist layer, and a manufacturing method thereof. An alkali development type solder resist layer containing a carboxyl group-containing urethane (meth)acrylate compound as a carboxyl group-containing resin is formed on a substrate surface with a conductor pattern formed thereon, and the alkali development type solder resist layer is exposed in a predetermined opening pattern, developed in a dilute aqueous alkaline solution, washed with water containing 30 to 1,000 ppm of divalent metal ions, and then thermally cured to form an opening portion at a predetermined position of the alkali development type solder resist layer.

  • Publication number: 20060202575
Abstract: A hub dynamo is compacted into a small diameter size while ensuring the generation of a high voltage of electric power. A coil chamber formed between a pair of main iron 10 cores, is partitioned in the axial direction by at least one sub iron 11 core to form a plurality of coil chambers. On the coil chambers a coil wire is wound such that the winding direction changes alternately between adjacent coil chambers. Magnetic flux collectors are connected to the outer circumference of the main/sub iron cores and include a plurality of first magnetic flux 15 collectors connected with the odd numbered iron cores and a (counting from either end) and a plurality of second magnetic flux collectors connected with the even numbered iron cores cores.

  • Patent number: 6977453
Abstract: In a rotating electric machine using permanent magnets and a field control coil, to allow the properties of the rotating electric machine to be readily changed and the rotating electric machine to be adapted to various applications even when it is made of common component parts, the field control coil is adapted to superimpose magnetic flux components of different intensities onto magnetic flux components that are supplied by the magnet poles and iron poles to the teeth, respectively. The magnetic flux components may be differentiated by placing each permanent magnet in a recess defined in an inner circumferential surface of the yoke, and defining each iron pole by a part of the yoke located between an adjacent pair of the permanent magnets in such a manner that the inner circumferential surface of each permanent magnet is lower than the said part of the yoke.

  • Patent number: 6773855
Abstract: A photocurable and thermosetting resin composition comprises (A) a high purity synthetic silica powder having a uranium content of not more than 1.0 ppb, (B) a photosensitive prepolymer containing a carboxylic group and at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups in its molecule and having an acid value of solid content of 50 to 150 mg KOH/g, (C) a photosensitive (meth)acrylate compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) an epoxy resin, and (F) a curing catalyst. A cured film which emits alpha rays at a fully low dose is obtained by forming a film of the composition on a substrate, subjecting the film to exposure to light and development, and finally curing the coating film by irradiation with active energy rays and/or thermal curing.

  • Publication number: 20040113507
Abstract: A dynamo-electric machine is so constituted as to easily change the characteristics of a dynamo-electric machine comprising permanent magnets and comprises a field control coil so as to adopt the dynamo-electric machine comprising common components to various applications. In this dynamo-electric machine, the field control coil is so adopted to a field which a magnetic pole and an iron pole supply to core teeth so as to superpose magnetic fluxes of different strengths. A permanent magnet is disposed in a recess of the inner peripheral face of a yoke to form a magnetic pole by a permanent magnet, and an iron pole by a yoke section between adjacent permanent magnets, and the inner peripheral face of the permanent magnet is located below the yoke section, thereby differentiating the strengths of magnetic fluxes.
