  • Publication number: 20230159870
Abstract: A number analyzing method, a number analyzing device, and a storage medium for number analysis are disclosed, which enable, with high accuracy, analysis of the number or number distribution of particulate or molecular analytes according to the kinds of the analytes. A computer control program is executed on the basis of a data group of particle-passage detection signals which are detected by a nanopore device in accordance with passage of subject particles through a through-hole. Also, a particle type distribution estimating program is executed, to estimate probability density on the basis of a data group based on feature values indicating feature of the waveforms of pulse signals which correspond to the passage of particles and which are obtained as the particle-passage detection signals. Thus, the number of particles can be derived for each particle type.

  • Publication number: 20230023244
Abstract: A rotating body unit includes a pair of bearing portions and a first engagement portion. A pair of bearing support members support the bearing portions when at support positions, and release the bearing portions when at retraction positions. An auxiliary tool includes a pair of arm portions and a second engagement portion. When the auxiliary tool is engaged with the rotating body unit mounted in the mounting portion, the arm portions abut on and move the bearing support members from the support positions to the retraction positions. The second engagement portion engages with the first engagement portion after the bearing support members move to the retraction positions. As the auxiliary tool is separated from the mounting portion with the second engagement portion engaging with the first engagement portion, the rotating body unit is pulled out of the mounting space integrally with the auxiliary tool.

  • Patent number: 11282718
Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber body having an upper opening, a chamber lid part having a lower opening, and a shield plate arranged in a lid internal space of the chamber lid part. The radial dimension of the shield plate is greater than that of the lower opening. Covering the upper opening of the chamber body with the chamber lid part forms a chamber that internally houses a substrate. In the substrate processing apparatus, before the substrate is conveyed and the chamber is formed, the lid internal space of the chamber lid part is filled with the gas supplied from a gas supply part, in a state in which the shield plate overlaps with the lower opening. This allows the chamber to be quickly filled with the gas to achieve a desired low oxygen atmosphere after the formation of the chamber.

  • Publication number: 20220081234
Abstract: A holder supports a separation member. When a sheet cassette is attached to a main body portion, as the sheet cassette is moved in its attachment direction, a moving mechanism causes the holder to move from an initial position to an operation position. When the holder is at the initial position, the separation member is spaced from a feeding member and is able to pass below the feed-out member. When at the operation position, the holder presses the separation member against the feeding member. When the sheet cassette is attached to the main body portion, the moving mechanism causes the holder to move to the operation position after the separation member passes below the feed-out member. When the sheet cassette is drawn from the main body portion, the moving mechanism causes the holder to move to the initial position before the separation member reaches below the feed-out member.
