  • Patent number: 6151856
Abstract: Panels for construction each include a concave jointing element which is embedded in a panel body at the upper end surface and a cylindrical body provided in the concave jointing element and extending from the bottom surface of the concave jointing element to a lower end of the panel body, and a convex jointing element held inside the cylindrical body. After the panels are disposed vertically, the convex jointing element held by the cylindrical body of an upper stage panel is lowered so as to engage with the concave jointing element of a lower stage panel. As a result, the upper and lower panels are jointed with each other. The construction of the panels can be performed in a short time without requiring techniques of skilled workers and time, and can obtain structures having a high strength with a beautifully finished surface.

  • Patent number: 6119425
Abstract: There are provided structure members by which ordinary workers other than technical workers can easily joint beams and beams, beams and pillars respectively made of concrete and also can construct buildings which can be extended. There are also provided methods of jointing the structure members. The structure member comprises a hollow tube made of concrete or a material similar thereto. Two or more structure members arch having irregular portions on an inner surface thereof are butt-joined with each other, then a filler is introduced into the hollow portion of each structure member to be solidified so as to joint the structure members. Reinforcing members etc. are put into the hollow portions of the structure members, or steel frames and bag bodies, etc. are fixed by a jointing frame and a filler is introduced therein. It is also possible to joint two or more structure members by way of a jointing member.

  • Patent number: 5548937
Abstract: A method of jointing members and a jointing structure capable of simplifying the jointing operation and facilitating jointing of members firmly together without exposing jointed portions on jointing surfaces of the members. A recessed portion is formed in the jointing surface of one member and a bag body made of a flexible material is attached to the jointing surface of the other member wherein the jointing surfaces of both members are brought into contact with each other while the bag body is inserted into the recessed portion and a filler is introduced into and fills the bag body so as to expand the bag body into a shape corresponding to the inner peripheral shape of the recessed portion. Tensile strength is generated in the bag body that has been expanded by the fillers in the jointing direction, whereby both members can be firmly jointed with each other while they are fastened by the filled body bag.
