  • Publication number: 20220064459
Abstract: An ink composition contains colored cellulose fibers and a dispersion medium containing water and a water-soluble organic solvent in a weight percentage of 1% to 95%. The ink composition contains colored cellulose fibers acting as the color material capable of being easily trapped in the meshes of the printing medium, that is, the color material having a small diffusion coefficient into the printing medium, and has a wettability as high as a contact angle of 90 degrees or less on the printing medium. Thus, the bleeding and strike-through of the ink composition can be prevented when the printing medium is printed.

  • Patent number: 9069401
Abstract: An input-capable display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a detection electrode, a dielectric film, and a detector. A pair of electrodes that drive a liquid crystal layer are provided on the first substrate. The second substrate is opposed to the first substrate through the liquid crystal layer. The detection electrode and the dielectric film are laminated on an outer surface of the second substrate. The detector detects a position at which an electrostatic capacitance is formed with the detection electrode through the dielectric film. The second substrate includes a shield conductor that is formed on a side adjacent to the liquid crystal layer. An electric potential of the shield conductor is fixed.

  • Patent number: 7268841
Abstract: A display device 100 has a display unit 110 and a display switching unit 120. The display switching unit 120 is provided with a reflective polarizing plate 121, a liquid crystal panel 122, and a polarizing plate 123 arranged in this order from the side of the display unit 110 to the observation side. By controlling the liquid crystal panel 122, the display switching unit can be switched between a light transmissive state and a light reflective state. The display unit 110 and the display switching unit 120 are optically adhered to each other by an adhesive layer 131. Thus, deterioration of the contrast by boundary reflection can be restrained, and the flatness and the rigidity of the device can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6710826
Abstract: The present invention provides a MIM type non-linear element in which the capacitance is sufficiently small and in which little changes over time are exhibited in the current-voltage characteristics, a liquid crystal display panel with high image quality using the MIM type non-linear element, and a method of manufacturing the MIM type non-linear element. The MIM type non-linear element includes a first conductive film, an insulation film and a second conductive film, which are laminated on a substrate. The insulation film has a relative dielectric constant of 25.5 or less, preferably 24.0-25.5. In elementary analysis by SIMS, a hydrogen spectrum of the boundary region between the first conductive film and the insulation film has a width of 10 nm or more in the depth direction at an intensity of one tenth of the peak intensity. The first conductive film of the MIM type non-linear element shows a peak temperature of 300° C. or higher in a thermal desorption spectroscopy of hydrogen.
