The vehicle seat includes: a movable rail that is attached to a cushion frame with a spacer therebetween; a fixed rail that has a bottom wall facing the movable rail; a locking mechanism that locks the fixed rail to a floor; a first bracket that is attached to a cushion frame; and a second bracket that is attached to the bottom wall of the fixed rail and the locking mechanism in a connecting manner. The first bracket includes a concave portion. The second bracket includes a convex portion that engages with the concave portion.
