  • Patent number: 11969022
Abstract: An aerosol generation device includes: a load configured to heat an aerosol generation article by using power that is supplied from a power source, the aerosol generation article comprising an aerosol-forming substrate configured to hold or carry at least one of an aerosol source and a flavor source; and a control unit configured to control the power that is supplied from the power source to the load. When starting the supply of power to the load in a non-operation state, or when the load is in a preparation state in which the load is not capable of generating a predetermined amount or more of aerosols from the aerosol generation article, the control unit is configured to control the power that is supplied from the power source to the load by feed-forward control.

  • Publication number: 20240095190
Abstract: A device management system according to an aspect of the present disclosure is a device management system capable of managing a device and includes a control device that includes a processor and functions, through the processor executing a control program, as a device management page creator and a connection status confirmer. The device management page creator creates a device management page that is a Web page for managing the device. The connection status confirmer confirms a connection status of the device to the device management system. When a specific request relating to the device management page is made, the connection status confirmer confirms the connection status of the device subject to the device management page.

  • Patent number: 11918049
Abstract: A smoking system that smoothly switches between a charge mode and a direct heating mode is provided with: a secondary device with a load for atomizing an aerosol source or heating a flavor source and a power source capable of supplying power to the load; a primary device which, when connected to the secondary device, is capable of supplying power to the load and the power source; and a control unit capable of executing a first mode in which the power is supplied from the primary device to the load and a second mode in which the power is supplied from the primary device to the power source. During a first transition, which is from the first mode to the second mode, and/or a second transition, which is from the second mode to the first mode, the control unit executes, in a time between the modes, a transition mode involving a transition time for changing a preset variable relating to power supply.

  • Publication number: 20230071008
Abstract: A computer-readable, non-transitory recording medium contains therein an image processing program. The image processing program is for generating learning data of a character detection model that at least detects, to recognize a character in a document contained in an image, a position of the character in the image, and configured to cause a computer to generate a cropped image by cropping the image, and adopt the cropped image not containing an image representing a split character as the learning data, instead of adopting the cropped image containing the image representing the split character as the learning data.

  • Publication number: 20220309628
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes: a chatbot module which receives an image sent from a terminal apparatus to a chat system, and a message indicating that the image is to be edited; a message determination module which extracts a key value from the message; a database which registers a plurality of different key values, and a plurality of different parameter sets corresponding to each of the key values; and an image editing module which reads, from the database, a plurality of different parameter sets corresponding to the key value extracted from the message, and edits the image in accordance with each of the plurality of different parameter sets, thereby generating a plurality of different edited images. The chatbot module sends the plurality of different edited images to the chat system, and determines the edited image selected on the chat system by the terminal apparatus.
