  • Patent number: 11971633
Abstract: An electrode structure includes: a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged separately from each other; and a plurality of dielectric layers laminated in a first direction with respect to the plurality of pixel electrodes, in which the plurality of dielectric layers includes: a first dielectric layer that spreads over the plurality of pixel electrodes in a direction intersecting with the first direction; and a second dielectric layer that includes dielectric material having a refractive index higher than that of the first dielectric layer, sandwiches the first dielectric layer together with the plurality of pixel electrodes, and has a slit at a position overlapping space between pixel electrodes adjacent when viewed from the first direction.

  • Patent number: 9114389
Abstract: Provided is a catalyst having the ability to combust PM at relatively low temperatures and having high HC and CO removal (conversion) efficiency even at the above operating temperature. In the catalyst composition, at least one kind of platinum group element selected from Pt, Rh, and Pd is dispersed in and supported by a platinum group-supporting carrier containing at least one kind of element selected from Zr, Al, Y, Si, Bi, Pr, and Tb, and the platinum group-supporting carrier is supported on the surface of a Ce oxide containing Ce as an essential component. The catalyst composition has both PM combustion activity and gas purification activity.

  • Patent number: 5917531
Abstract: A thermal head of the present invention includes an insulating substrate (1), a bulging glaze layer (2) of amorphous glass formed on a surface of the insulating substrate (1), a heating resistor layer (5) formed on the bulging glaze layer (2), an electrode-carrying glaze layer (3) formed on the surface of the insulating substrate (1) to partially overlap the bulging glaze layer (2), and an electrode layer (4) formed on the electrode-carrying glaze layer (3) to partially overlap the heating resistor layer (5). Each of the bulging glaze layer (2) and the electrode-carrying glaze layer (3) is made of amorphous glass. The electrode-carrying glaze layer (3) has a smaller thickness than the bulging glaze layer (2). Thus, it is possible to bake the electrode-carrying glaze layer (3) at a lower temperature than the baking temperature for the bulging glaze layer (2).
