Abstract: [Problem] To provide: a composite container which can be given various functions and characteristics; a method for producing such composite container; a preform; and a composite preform. [Solution] A composite container according to the present invention includes: a container body which is made of a plastic material; and a plastic member disposed on the outer surface of the container body, wherein the container body and the plastic member are integrally inflated by means of blow molding, and wherein the plastic member includes a colored layer and/or a print layer where a print is made.

Abstract: In a carbonated drink filling method, a preform is continuously transferred and introduced into a heating furnace, heated to a temperature for molding the preform into a container, molded into the container in a molding die after the preform exits the heating furnace, conveyed in an upright position during which a coolant (F) is injected to a bottom of the container to cool the bottom. The container is filled with a carbonated drink (a) through a mouth portion of the container, and the mouth portion is then sealed. The coolant is injected in the cooling to the bottom of the container from a nozzle opening on either or both sides of a conveyance line of the container, and the nozzle opening is directed diagonally upward to the bottom of the container in such a manner that an extension of the nozzle opening intersects with the conveyance line of the container.

Abstract: A blow molding mold which can reduce the production cost and can easily perform replacement work. The blow molding mold includes a body mold, a bottom mold and a neck mold. The neck mold is provided with a first cooling mechanism. The body mold includes an inner body mold corresponding to the outer surface of a body portion of a plastic bottle, and an outer shell located outside the inner body mold. The inner body mold can be attached/detached to/from the outer shell when replacing the inner body mold in conformity with the shape of the plastic bottle.

Abstract: A composite preform including a preform and a plastic member in close contact with the outer surface of the preform is made by preparing the preform made of plastic material and arranging the plastic member to surround the outer surface of the preform. Subsequently, the composite preform is heated and inserted in a blow molding die and undergoes blow molding in the blow molding die, by which the preform and the plastic member of the composite preform are inflated integrally and a composite container is obtained.
