  • Publication number: 20230345107
Abstract: There is provided an imaging apparatus, an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program capable of more easily controlling a frame rate of an image. In order to accomplish the above-mentioned objective, an imaging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a recognition unit and a determination unit. The recognition unit recognizes a particular subject in an image. The determination unit determines whether or not a distance between the recognized particular subject and a frame rate region for setting a frame rate of the image is equal to or smaller than a threshold. Accordingly, the frame rate of the image in shooting, reproduction, and editing of the image can be easily controlled by more intuitive input than in the prior art.

  • Patent number: 10860392
Abstract: An electronic device includes first and second controllers that execute processing based on first and second operating systems (OSes). The first controller includes a command generation unit that generates a command to be executed by the second controller, and a command transmission unit that includes a correspondence relationship associating in advance plural commands to be executed by the second controller with a control code stipulating an execution sequence of the plural commands, and if a control code corresponding to plural commands generated by the command generation unit exists in the correspondence relationship, the command transmission unit assigns the control code to the plural commands and transmits to the second controller. The second-controller receives the plural commands transmitted from the command transmission unit, and executes the plural commands based on the execution sequence stipulated by the assigned control code.

  • Patent number: 9811149
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a first controller, a second controller, and a shared memory. The first controller outputs a transition signal that indicates a transition to a power-saving mode in which power consumption is reduced compared to a normal mode. The second controller outputs instruction information that indicates an instruction provided from the first controller before the transition signal is output on the basis of the transition signal output from the first controller. The shared memory is connected to the first controller and the second controller to be shared, and stores the instruction information output from the second controller even after a transition is made to the power-saving mode.

  • Patent number: 9753728
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a first controller that is controlled by a first operating system and a second controller that is controlled by a second operating system different from the first operating system. The first controller outputs a waiting instruction waiting persistently until a response is transmitted from a control target. The second controller converts the waiting instruction outputted from the first controller into a periodic instruction waiting periodically until a response is transmitted from the control target, and outputs the periodic instruction to the control target.

  • Patent number: 8547469
Abstract: An electronic camera of the present invention includes: an imaging unit capturing a subject to generate an original image; a derivative image generating unit reducing resolution or color of the original image to generate a derivative image for transfer; a recording unit recording the original image and the derivative image thereon such that the original image and the derivative image get associated with each other; and a transfer unit transferring the derivative image recorded on the recording unit to an external transfer destination. In this configuration, the recording unit finds the derivative image (original image) by referring to the association with the original image (or derivative image), thereby collectively managing the original image and the derivative image. This makes it possible to prevent a user from being confused at image management due to the original image and the derivative image being the same image.
