  • Publication number: 20210270324
Abstract: Provided is a torque damper device capable of setting high hysteresis in a wide range and improving assembling property and maintainability of a high friction material for generating the high hysteresis. A torque damper device 100 includes an output hub 104 and a flange 107 between a first input plate 101 and a second input plate 102 rotatably driven by a rotational driving force of an engine. The output hub 104 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The flange 107 is attached to a portion that projects radially outward of the output hub 104. Further, the output hub 104 is formed with a friction plate holder 106 on an outer peripheral surface thereof. The friction plate holder 106 is fitted to a plate-side fitting portion 111a of a first friction plate 111, and is formed to have an axial length longer than a total thickness of the first friction plate 111 and a first intermediate plate 112.

  • Publication number: 20140048374
Abstract: A power transmitting apparatus can include a gear-stage clutch comprising alternately arranged driving clutch discs and driven clutch discs; hydraulic chambers for actuating a hydraulic piston; and hydraulic oil supplying ports communicating with oil passages opening on the side surface of the input shaft for supplying the hydraulic chambers with hydraulic oil from the oil passages to actuate the hydraulic piston. Power can be transmitted at a predetermined gear ratio by engaging clutch discs of the gear-stage clutch by selectively supplying the hydraulic chambers with hydraulic oil. An annular sealing member can be fitted in a recessed portion formed around each opening of the hydraulic oil supplying port on the outer circumference of the input shaft. The recessed portion can have a flattened bottom surface on which the sealing member is seated so that it is contacted with the flattened bottom surface of the recessed portion.

  • Publication number: 20140048375
Abstract: A power transmitting apparatus configured to connect an input from an engine and an output to a driving wheel side at a predetermined gear ratio and to arbitrarily set the gear ratio during power transmission from the engine to the wheels. The apparatus comprises: a first partition member and a second partition member arranged opposite each other to form hydraulic chambers; a first clutch disc group comprising interleaved driving and driven clutch discs; a second clutch disc group comprising interleaved driving and driven clutch discs; and a hydraulic piston actuated by hydraulic pressure supplied to the hydraulic chambers to engage or disengage the driving and driven clutch discs of either of the first clutch disc group or the second clutch disc group depending on the actuated direction of the hydraulic piston, the driving power transmitted at a desirable gear ratio by selectively actuating the hydraulic piston.
