    Abstract: A stator includes a stator core, multiphase coils wound on the stator core, and a guide member. The multiphase coils include two or more terminal wires. The guide member is arranged on an end of the stator core located at one side in an axial direction to guide the terminal wires of the multiphase coils wound on the stator core. The guide member includes steps having a diameter that gradually decreases toward a side opposite to the stator core in the axial direction. Ones of the multiphase coils having the terminal wires that are drawn in a circumferential direction toward the same side are laid out on one of the steps.
