Abstract: A rotating electrical machine according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a rotor rotatable about a central axis; and a stator located radially outside the rotor. The rotor includes: a rotor core that includes a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates laminated in an axial direction and that has a plurality of accommodation holes; and a plurality of magnets respectively accommodated in the plurality of accommodation holes. The rotor core includes: a first recess recessed from a first core end face on a first axial side to a second axial side; a first swaged part provided on a bottom surface of the first recess; and a first protrusion that protrudes toward each of the magnets in a direction in which an inner peripheral edge of each of the accommodation holes intersects an axial direction, the first protrusion butting against a side face of the magnet.
