  • Publication number: 20180251653
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a readily thermally degradable resin binder that is an organic resin binder for use as a binder component in a high-concentration inorganic microparticle dispersion, and that enables firing in a firing process to be carried out at lower temperatures and can inhibit the production of carbon residues, while maintaining the printing characteristics. This object can be achieved by a mixture formed of a specific (meth)acrylic resin and an ethyl cellulose resin in a weight ratio of 5:95 to 50:50. This specific (meth)acrylic resin is a (meth)acrylic polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 250,000 and having a monomer unit given by the following general formula (1) [in the formula, R1 represents hydrogen or a methyl group and R2 represents hydrogen or a C1-12 straight-chain hydrocarbon group, branched-chain hydrocarbon group or hydroxyl group-bearing hydrocarbon group, or a polyalkylene oxide-containing group].

  • Publication number: 20140153132
Abstract: A base member of a motor includes a base through-hole extending through a bottom portion thereof. Two or more lead wires extending from coils pass through the base through-hole. Thus, as compared with a case where the lead wires pass through different base through-holes respectively, it is possible to reduce the number of the base through-holes. Accordingly, it is possible to minimize or prevent a reduction in the rigidity of the base member. Insulating sheet portions are arranged on the lower and upper surfaces of the base member. Each insulating sheet portion includes an overhang portion which overlaps with the base through-hole when seen in a plan view. The lead wires extending from the coils are led out toward the lower surface of the base member through holes, cutouts, or slits defined in the overhang portion. This makes it possible to easily distinguish the led-out lead wires from each other.

  • Publication number: 20140091679
Abstract: A base unit includes a base member including a first through-hole, a peripheral edge portion, and a thin portion, and a bushing including a bearing holding portion and first and second protrusion portions. The first and second protrusion portions respectively extend radially outward from an upper end portion and a lower end of the bearing holding portion. The first through-hole axially extends through the base member. The first through-hole is defined by an inner surface of the base member radially opposed to the bearing holding portion. The peripheral edge portion extends radially outward from the first through-hole. The thin portion is arranged radially outward of the peripheral edge portion. The thin portion has an axial thickness smaller than that of the peripheral edge portion. The bushing is arranged within the first through-hole. The peripheral edge portion is arranged between the first protrusion portion and the second protrusion portion.

  • Patent number: 8665557
Abstract: A base member includes a base groove portion, at least one base through-hole, and a first insulating sheet portion. The base groove portion is positioned on a lower surface of the base member. The base through-hole extends through the base member. The first insulating sheet portion is arranged on a bottom surface of the base groove portion. A lead wire extending from a coil is led out into the base groove portion through the base through-hole. The base through-hole includes a major axis extending in a radial direction and a minor axis extending in a circumferential direction. The base through-hole has a radial length larger than a circumferential width thereof. A portion of an edge of the first insulating sheet portion is arranged on the lower surface of the base member to intersect the major axis of the base through-hole and to cover a portion of the base through-hole.
