  • Publication number: 20230058275
Abstract: To eliminate various problems caused by a no-load operation. A heating cooking apparatus of the present invention, which is a heating cooking apparatus (1) that performs heating cooking of a food product (40) in accordance with an information code read from the food product (40), includes a light receiving element (32) provided at a position where the light receiving element cannot receive light when the food product (40) is present in the heating chamber (13) but can receive the light when no food product (40) is present and perform no heating cooking when the light receiving element (32) can receive the light.

  • Publication number: 20200281234
Abstract: Provided is a high-frequency thawing apparatus that requires no setting of a thawing time and provides high precision in thawing finishing. The high-frequency thawing apparatus includes the following: a heating chamber; upper and lower electrodes with a to-be thawed object interposed therebetween, the upper and lower electrodes being disposed in parallel to each other in the heating chamber a high-frequency power source and matching circuit that applies a high-frequency voltage between the upper and lower electrodes; a power detecting circuit that detects the reflective power of the applied high-frequency voltage; and a controller that determines thawing completion, by estimating the progress status of the to-be thawed object on the basis of how a detected signal detected by the power detecting circuit has changed since thawing was started, the controller controlling the high-frequency power source on the basis of a determination.

  • Patent number: 10080262
Abstract: A cooking device has, in a cooking chamber thereof, a cooking tray (91) which is to be placed in the heating chamber (2) so as to have a gap against a rear portion (2d) of the heating chamber (2) and on which a heating object (15) to be heated is to be mounted directly or indirectly, a rear blowoff port (29) which is provided in the rear portion (2d) of the heating chamber (2) so as to be positioned on an upper side of the gap and near a rear portion of the cooking tray (91) and which is communicated with a duct (18) so as to allow the heat medium to be blown off into the heating chamber (2), and a flow regulation structure (62) provided on a rear side of the rear blowoff port (29) and arranged to regulate a flow of the heat medium. The flow regulation structure (62) has, on a lower side thereof, a first guide surface (63) extending in a direction generally parallel to a horizontal direction.

  • Patent number: 10015845
Abstract: The heating cooker includes: a heating compartment having a bottom tray mounted at the bottom part; a light source provided on the upper side of the heating compartment; a light-receiving element for receiving light transmitted by the bottom tray out of the light emitted from the light source, the light-receiving element being provided on the lower side of the bottom tray; and a determining part for determining, on the basis of a light-reception signal detected by the light-receiving element, the presence/absence or the size of a heating object placed on the bottom tray in the heating compartment. Thus, a heating cooker capable of preventing leakage of steam and detecting the presence/absence of food in the heating compartment, even when heat cooking using steam is performed, is provided.
