  • Patent number: 11823812
Abstract: A wire end of a wire harness is protected. The wire harness includes a wire bundle and a connector connected therewith. The wire bundle includes the wire end, and the wire end includes a bent portion and faces the connector. First, a sheet member is folded perpendicularly to a wire lead-out surface of the connector, thereby forming, concurrently, counter sides facing the wire lead-out surface, side surface covering portions, and a tip end protection portion. Next, the side surface covering portions are folded along a top protection portion formation portion, thereby forming, concurrently, side surface protection portions, a top protection portion and an extending portion. Next, a wire end protection portion is secured, with a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or the like, to a wire bundle portion while the relative position of the counter sides with respect to the wire lead-out surface is maintained.

  • Patent number: 11491853
Abstract: A sunroof device includes a rear link that slides along a longitudinal direction of a guide rail in conjunction with a slide member and moves up and down a rear end side of a movable panel by tilting in conjunction with the sliding of the slide member. Further, the rear link is provided with an engaging protrusion protruding in a width direction of the guide rail, and the guide rail is provided with a link engaging portion that regulates, by arranging the engaging protrusion inside, tilting of the rear link in a rising direction. The link engaging portion includes an upwardly opened cutout portion provided in the guide rail, and a metallic engaging bracket having an upper wall portion covering a topside of the cutout portion by being fixed to the guide rail. The engaging protrusion includes a metallic shaft body, and a resin layer covering the shaft body.

  • Publication number: 20220302889
Abstract: In a differential amplifier circuit, a differential amplifier circuit unit includes: first and second transistors provided between a current source circuit and a load circuit, which receives differential input signals at gates to generate differential output signals at drains; and a third transistor connected between sources of the first and second transistors, which receives a control signal at a gate. A replica amplifier circuit unit includes: a voltage generation circuit which generates first and second reference voltages; first and second replica transistors which receives the first and second reference voltages at gates to generate replica output signals at drains; a third replica transistor connected between sources of the first and second replica transistors, which receives the control signal at a gate; and an operational amplifier which generates the control signal according to a difference between at least one of the first and second reference voltages and the replica output signal.

  • Publication number: 20210202133
Abstract: A bent portion of electric wires is protected at a high versatility by a protective member having a simple shape. A wire end of a wire harness 11 is protected. The wire harness 11 includes a wire bundle 13 and a connector 14 connected therewith. The wire bundle 13 includes the wire end, and the wire end includes a bent portion 13a and faces the connector 14. First, a sheet member 15a is folded perpendicularly to a wire lead-out surface 14a of the connector 14, thereby forming, concurrently, counter sides 31 facing the wire lead-out surface 14a, side surface covering portions, and a tip end protection portion 33. Next, the side surface covering portions are folded along a top protection portion formation portion 44, thereby forming, concurrently, side surface protection portions 32, a top protection portion 34 and an extending portion 35.

  • Patent number: 10518683
Abstract: A vehicle seat includes an air bag, and a controller. The air bag is for holding a posture of an occupant and configured to inflate as air flows in or deflate as air flows out of the air bag. The controller is configured to receive an input of a signal based on a steering angle of the vehicle and to control inflation or deflation of the air bag based on the signal. The controller is configured to enable an active-support mode to cause air to flow inside the air bag in response to the steering angle becoming greater than or equal to a predefined given angle.

  • Patent number: 10358053
Abstract: A seat adjuster in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a rotating part, a rotational drive, an engagement target member, an engagement member, and a controller. The controller executes a lock transition process in a case where a seatback is pivotally moved to a specified front-tilt position, which is further to a forward direction than an upright position is, while the engagement member is in an unlocked state where the engagement member is not engaged with any one of engagement target portions of the engagement target member. The lock transition process is a process where the controller rotates the rotating part via the rotational drive such that one of the engagement target portions is placed at an engageable position, and engages the engagement member with the one of the engagement target portions.
