Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery module including a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and an elastic body. The elastic body has a compressive elastic modulus of 5 MPa to 120 MPa. The positive electrode includes a positive electrode collector with a thermal conductive rate of 65 W/(m·K) to 150 W/(m·K). The negative electrode includes a negative electrode active material layer including a first layer and a second layer sequentially formed from a side with the negative electrode collector. The first layer contains first carbon-based active material particles with a 10% proof stress of 3 MPa or less. The second layer contains second carbon-based active material particles with a 10% proof stress of 5 MPa or greater.

Abstract: In a video image recording device, when a scene outside of a vehicle is recorded through a wind shield, a scene on the inside of a vehicle room is reflected by the wind shield and reflection glare is produced. Abstract: A battery pack includes a heat conductive member that has heat conductivity and is provided between a plurality of battery modules which are adjacent to each other in a width direction. A heat dissipation unit dissipates heat conducted to the heat conductive member. A bus bar for modules is provided on one side of the battery modules in a height direction. The heat conductive member includes a contact portion and an extended portion. The contact portion is in contact with the plurality of battery modules which are adjacent to each other in the width direction. The extended portion extends from a side opposite to the bus bar for modules of the battery modules in a height direction and is connected to the heat dissipation unit.

Abstract: A vehicle battery pack includes: a battery cell; a casing that has a heat dissipation property for discharging heat outside the casing and houses the battery cell in a housing space; a first solid-liquid phase change material that directly comes in contact with the battery cell and fills the housing space; a second solid-liquid phase change material that has a heat storage property and has a second phase change temperature higher than a first phase change temperature of the first solid-liquid phase change material; and a heat storage container that has thermal conductivity and has an internal space filled with the second solid-liquid phase change material. The heat storage container is housed in the housing space of the casing, and has an outer wall surface that comes in contact with an inner wall surface of the casing.
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing pentosan polysulfate, the method including a first step of obtaining an acidic xylooligosaccharide from a plant-derived raw material, and a second step of obtaining pentosan polysulfate from the acidic xylooligosaccharide. The first step includes a step of depolymerizing the plant-derived raw material. The second step includes a step of sulfating the acidic xylooligosaccharide. The method further includes a deacetylation step of adding a base to achieve a pH of 11 or higher. The deacetylation step is a step performed after the depolymerization step. The production method of the present invention can provide pentosan polysulfate having a low acetyl group content, and also produce pentosan polysulfate with a high yield inexpensively and efficiently.

Abstract: The present invention provides a reduced-cost method for producing an acidic xylooligosaccharide, the method including a depolymerization step of depolymerizing a plant-derived raw material and a deacetylation step of adding a base to a solution of the product of the depolymerization step to achieve a pH of 11 or higher. The present invention further provides an acidic xylooligosaccharide having an acetyl group content of 0 to 5.0 mass %. The acidic xylooligosaccharide of the present invention, which has an acetyl group content of 0 to 5.0 mass %, can be used as a starting material in a production method to thereby obtain pentosan polysulfate with a high yield.

The topical moisturizing preparation of the present invention, which contains a substance free of animal-derived components as an active ingredient, can be produced as a topical moisturizing preparation free of animal-derived components, as needed.
