  • Publication number: 20240118014
Abstract: Provided is an electric device made more convenient by being configured such that the temperature of a wide area in each accommodation section can be individually adjustable. In an electric device, a first refrigerant pipe is provided to a right-side member constituting a side surface of a first accommodation chamber, and a second refrigerant pipe is provided to a left-side member constituting a side surface of a second accommodation chamber. The first refrigerant pipe and the second refrigerant pipe are independent of each other. A regulating valve includes: a first regulating valve provided to the first refrigerant pipe, and a second regulating valve provided to the second refrigerant pipe.

  • Publication number: 20240102718
Abstract: Provided is an electrical device. In a setting unit, a right-room temperature display unit displays a set temperature or the current temperature of a first housing room. A left-room temperature display unit displays a set temperature or the current temperature of a second housing room. A right-room temperature setting button is an operation unit for a user to switch the set temperature of the first housing room. A left-room temperature setting button is an operation unit for a user switch the set temperature of the second housing room. The set temperature difference between the first and second housing rooms is controlled to be within a prescribed value. When the set temperature of one of the first and second housing rooms is changed so that the set temperature exceeds a prescribed value, a microcomputer automatically changes the other set temperature so that the set temperature difference is within a prescribed value.

  • Patent number: 7729590
Abstract: An example trick mode play process for digital video stores a plurality of most recent reference frames in a corresponding plurality of frame buffers; displaying a current frame during a current frame time interval; determining a next frame for display; inspecting the plurality of frame buffers to determine if the next frame is present in a frame buffers. If the next frame is present, designating the frame for display in the next frame time interval. If the next frame is not present: checking if the frame buffers contain any reference frames needed to decode the next frame; and decoding a next frame using all reference frames needed to decode the next frame which can be found in the frame. This abstract is not to be considered limiting, since other embodiments may deviate from the features described in this abstract.

  • Publication number: 20080175568
Abstract: To avoid discontinuities when resuming play of a digital stream that was paused while being viewed live and being simultaneously recorded, the timestamp and digital stream time base discontinuity count associated with the last-viewed frame are used to access the frame in storage that has the same discontinuity count (indicating that it is in the same segment as the last-viewed frame) and a timestamp one greater than the timestamp of the last-viewed frame.

  • Publication number: 20060029367
Abstract: A method of storing a video stream consistent with certain embodiments involves assigning an sequence header identifier to each sequence of video in the video stream that uses the same sequence header payload; storing the sequence header identifier in an index table that indexes the sequence header identifier to the sequence header; and storing a reference to the sequence header identifier in a manner that associates the video data with the sequence header identifier. A method of playing the stored video according to certain embodiments involves determining that a command that calls for a jump to a new frame of the stored video has been issued; identifying a sequence header identifier associated with the new frame of video; finding a sequence header associated with the sequence header identifier; deciding whether loading sequence header can be skipped or not; loading the sequence header's payload into a decoder; and decoding the new frame of video.

  • Publication number: 20050152553
Abstract: According to one embodiment of the invention, feeder logic is implemented as a software program stored in a machine readable medium and executed by a processor. The feeder logic is adapted to access indexing data associated with a pre-stored data unit. The pre-stored data unit including content in a scrambled format. The feeder logic is further adapted to generate a trigger data sequence and to insert the trigger data sequence into a data stream processed by a descrambler in response to detection that the content in the scrambled format cannot be descrambled by the descrambler using a currently valid descrambling key. The trigger data sequence is inserted prior to scrambled content of the pre-stored data unit to be processed.
