    Abstract: A capacitor connected to a microcomputer voltage wiring is downsized. A series regulator on an electronic control unit for automotive includes a battery as an in-vehicle power supply, a relay, an input side capacitor, a series regulator circuit, and an output side capacitor, and is connected to a microcomputer. The series regulator circuit includes an n-channel MOSFET, a gate voltage regulator circuit as an output control circuit of an FET, and a gate voltage holding capacitor. A capacitor GND voltage (gate voltage) is adjusted by the gate voltage regulator circuit to convert an input side capacitor voltage into an output side capacitor voltage, and supply a microcomputer current to the microcomputer.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide a magnet coil drive control device that can efficiently suppress conduction noise while reducing the capacitance of a capacitor. A capacitor and an impedance element are arranged in series on the connecting line connecting the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line of a DC power supply, the connecting line between the capacitor and the impedance element is connected to one end of a magnet coil via a freewheeling diode, and the portion between the freewheeling diode and the one end of the magnet coil is connected to the positive electrode line or the negative electrode line by a switching element. Conduction noise caused by the driving current of the magnet coil can be suppressed by the impedance element, and the capacitance of the capacitor can be further reduced. Accordingly, the magnet coil drive control device can be made smaller in size.

    Abstract: Proposed is a C/U that is designed to accomplish the above object. The CU includes a multilayer circuit substrate, a resin cover, and a metal base. Electronic parts are mounted on both surfaces of the multilayer circuit substrate which is covered with the resin cover and the metal base. The multilayer circuit substrate 8 includes a signal pattern, a GND pattern, an important signal pattern, and a multilayer circuit substrate insulating layer. The GND pattern is electrically connected to the metal base through a screw. The GND pattern is disposed on the side of the resin cover in order to shield the important signal pattern against electromagnetic waves penetrating the resin cover to enter a housing and electromagnetic waves incident from the metal base side.     Abstract: The present invention realizes an injector drive circuit capable of providing high output power of a boost convertor while suppressing increases in size and cost thereof. An injector energizing circuit 200 includes an FET 2 which applies a high voltage 100a generated by a boost convertor 100 to an injection valve 20. The boost convertor 100 includes an input side capacitor 103, a boosting FET 105, a boost coil 104, a boost diode 106, and FETs 108 and 109 provided in association with a negative pole of an output side capacitor 107. During a period in which the high voltage 100a is applied to the injection valve 20, a gate signal 108a of the FET 108 is turned ON and a gate signal 109a of the FET 109 is turned OFF. Consequently, the boosting FET 105 performs a switching operation to turn OFF the gate signal 108a of the FET 108 and turn ON the gate signal 109a of the FET 109 during a period for charging into the output side capacitor 107.
