Patent number: 11832921Abstract: In a sphygmomanometer of the present invention, a main body includes a slide receiving part having a circular-arc cross section that opens upward and slidably receiving a cuff unit along a direction perpendicular to the circular-arc cross-section. The cuff unit includes a cylindrical cuff structure having a fluid bag along the inner circumferential surface, and a cover having a circular-arc cross section that opens downward and detachably attached integrally with the cuff structure to cover the upper half of the cuff structure. When the cuff unit is slid along the slide receiving part, upper edges on both sides of the circular-arc cross section of the slide receiving part abut with the lower edges on both sides of the circular-arc cross section of the cover to support the weight of the cuff unit.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2020Date of Patent: December 5, 2023Assignee: OMRON HEALTHCARE CO., LTD.Inventors: Toshiaki Koga, Takuya Nagata, Toshihiko Ogura

Patent number: 9099640Abstract: Electrodes (7, 8, 9), having curved sections in the shape of the outline thereof, are disposed in areas of a rectangular plate-shaped piezoelectric transducer element (1) in which the strain in the natural mode of vibration is large. The electrodes (7, 8) which excite a bending vibration are disposed in areas in which the strain in the bending natural mode is at least a predetermined value, and the outline curved sections of the electrodes (7, 8) are shaped so as to follow along strain contours (3, 4), and the electrode (9) which excites a stretching vibration is disposed in an area in which the strain in the stretching natural mode is at least a predetermined value, thus providing a transducer for an ultrasonic motor which aims to reduce transducer loss (increasing vibration efficiency), and improve transducer durability and reliability.Type: GrantFiled: January 26, 2011Date of Patent: August 4, 2015Assignees: ISHIKAWA PREFECTURE, NIKKO COMPANY, TOKYO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGYInventors: Masahiro Takano, Kenichi Hirosaki, Yuta Yoshida, Takuya Nagata, Shou Makino, Satoru Ichimura, Takashi Yoshida, Masayuki Ishida, Hiroshi Kawai, Mikio Takimoto, Kentaro Nakamura

Patent number: 5438557Abstract: A miniaturized optical disk apparatus which performs a pull-in of a focus servo and a pull-in of a tracking servo without a position detector for detecting an optical head. If the optical head is located at a non-reflection film area and thus the focus servo cannot be performed, then the optical head is moved and the focus servo is performed again. This process is repeated until the focus servo can be achieved. In addition, if the optical head is located at a non-track area, then the optical disk is moved to a track area and then the tracking servo is performed. This process also repeated until the optical head is located over the track area. The tracking servo can be stably performed since it is performed only when the optical head is located over the track area. The present invention is applicable to the optical disk apparatus which uses a 3.5 in optical disk.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 1994Date of Patent: August 1, 1995Assignees: Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Teac CorporationInventors: Osamu Ito, Kyosuke Yoshimoto, Yoshihiro Kiyose, Kazuhiko Nakane, Akira Mashimo, Hiroyuki Onda, Koji Yamana, Takuya Nagata

Patent number: 5247509Abstract: An optical or magneto-optical disk storage which automatically adjusts a recording/reproducing level of a number of kinds of optical or magneto-optical disks having different recording/reproducing levels to an optimum recording/reproducing level. The optical or magneto-optical disk storage has an attenuator which applies a predetermined attenuation amount to a reproduced signal reproduced from an optical or magneto-optical disk so as to attenuate the reproduced signal, or intensity adjusting means for adjusting the intensity of a laser beam used for recording and/or reproducing. The optical or magneto-optical disk storage detects an amplitude of the reproduced signal and feed-back-controls the attenuation amount or intensity of the laser beam in accordance with the detected amplitude.Type: GrantFiled: September 27, 1991Date of Patent: September 21, 1993Assignees: Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, TEAC CorporationInventors: Kazuhiko Nakane, Kyosuke Yoshimoto, Yoshihiro Kiyose, Teruo Furukawa, Akira Mashimo, Hiroyuki Onda, Hidehiko Murata, Takuya Nagata
