    Abstract: A drive member of a damper device includes a first input plate member and a second input plate member that rotatably support a plurality of pinion gears of a planetary gear of a rotary inertia mass damper. A driven member includes an outer teeth gear portion that meshes with the pinion gear in an outer circumferential portion thereof and is disposed between the first and the second input plate members in an axial direction so as to work as a sun gear of the planetary gear. A stopper is configured to restrict the relative rotation between the drive member and the driven member and includes a contact portion arranged in the outer circumferential portion of the driven member so as to contact with the first input plate member.

    Abstract: The total chip area for a three-dimensional memory device can be reduced employing a design layout in which the word line decoder circuitry is formed underneath an array of memory stack structures. The interconnection between the word lines and the word line decoder circuitry can be provided by forming discrete word line contact via structures. The discrete word line contact via structures can be formed by employing multiple sets of etch masks with overlapping opening areas and employed to etch a different number of pairs of insulating layers and electrically conductive layers, thereby obviating the need to form staircase regions having stepped surfaces. Sets of at least one conductive interconnection structure can be employed to provide vertical electrical connection to the word line decoder circuitry. Bit line drivers can also be formed underneath the array of memory stack structures to provide greater areal efficiency.

The photocurable liquid silicone composition comprises: (A) a straight chain organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups with 2 to 12 carbon atoms in a molecule, and not containing a mercaptoalkyl group; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two mercaptoalkyl groups in a molecule; (C) a branched chain organopolysiloxane, wherein alkenyl groups and mercaptoalkyl groups are not included; (D) a photo radical initiator containing a phosphorus atom; and (E) a hindered phenol compound. The photocurable liquid silicone composition is rapidly cured by irradiating with long wavelength light while providing excellent storage stability and coatability at room temperature and at low temperatures (e.g. approximately 0° C.), and provides a cured product that maintains transparency even when left under high temperature and high humidity conditions, with minimal clouding or discoloration.
