Publication number: 20240109412Abstract: A driving assistance apparatus includes a parking lot staying determination section which determines whether or not a vehicle is present in a parking lot having a parking row including parking slots and/or parked vehicles located adjacent to each other, an erroneous operation determination section which determines whether or not an occupant has erroneously stepped on an acceleration operation element, and a control section which executes driving power reduction control upon determination that the vehicle is present in the parking lot and that the occupant has performed the erroneous operation. When the erroneous operation determination section determines that the occupant has performed the erroneous operation again before elapse of a predetermined threshold time after execution of the driving power reduction control, the control section executes the driving power reduction control again, irrespective of the result of the determination by the parking lot staying determination section.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 6, 2023Publication date: April 4, 2024Applicant: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Naoya MATSUNAGA, Takuya Kaminade, Masaki Ikai, Ryo Ishii, Masashi Oishi

Publication number: 20240092346Abstract: Provided is a driving support device (1) including a control device which has an acceleration suppression function of suppressing acceleration of an own vehicle when the own vehicle is determined to be positioned in a parking area (PA) including a parking spot row (PSA) and an erroneous depression operation is determined to be executed on an accelerator pedal (AP). The control device predicts a trajectory (T) of the own vehicle in a case in which the own vehicle travels when a speed (vs) of the own vehicle is equal to or higher than a predetermined speed, and further predicts a time (?t) required for the own vehicle to reach a point at which the trajectory (T) and the parking spot row (PSA) intersect with each other. The control device determines that the own vehicle is positioned in the parking area (PA) when the predicted time (?t) is equal to or shorter than a predetermined time.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 25, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Ryo ISHII, Takuya Kaminade, Naoya Matsunaga, Masashi Oishi, Masaki Ikai

Patent number: 11912341Abstract: In an automobile hood, sufficient panel rigidity and dent resistance are secured while achieving weight reduction. Automobile hood 1 has a panel 2, a reinforcing member 3, and a joint 4 that joins the panel 2 and the reinforcing member 3. The reinforcing member 3 includes a structure formed from a plurality of units 7 having a hexagonal annular shape disposed in a close-packed arrangement. Unit 7 has a floor 11, inclined wall 12 and top plate 13. The floor 11 is adjacent to the panel 2. Top plate 13 and panel 2 are separated from each other. The inclined wall 12 is arranged between the floor 11 and the top plate 13. A hexagonal annular first ridge line 31 of the unit 7 is located between the inclined wall 12 and the floor 11. A length L1 of one side of the first ridge line 31 is 40-75 mm.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2019Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: NIPPON STEEL CORPORATIONInventors: Tohru Yoshida, Koichi Hamada, Takeshi Kawachi, Atsuo Koga, Takuya Oishi

Patent number: 11884332Abstract: In an automobile hood, sufficient panel rigidity and dent resistance of a panel are secured while achieving weight reduction. An automobile hood having panel, reinforcing member and joint that joins the panel and the reinforcing member such that the reinforcing member includes a structure formed from a plurality of units having hexagonal annular shape disposed in a close-packed arrangement. Floor of the unit has an annular end part. All of annular end part is located between first circle and second circle wherein first circle is inscribed within a first ridge line overlapping with an outer end part of the floor. Second circle is concentric with first circle and has a radius that is 60% of a radius of the first circle. Width of upper face of floor is 2 mm or more over the entire area of the annular end part in the circumferential direction of the annular end part.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2019Date of Patent: January 30, 2024Assignee: NIPPON STEEL CORPORATIONInventors: Tohru Yoshida, Koichi Hamada, Takeshi Kawachi, Atsuo Koga, Takuya Oishi

Publication number: 20220274150Abstract: A method for manufacturing a press-formed product suppresses occurrence of a forming defect such as a crack in a starting material during press forming, and also suppresses occurrence of problems when transferring a starting material during press forming. A manufacturing intermediate is formed by forming, in a flat-sheet shaped blank sheet, a planned outline portion including an undulating shape which is used for forming an outline of an outer circumferential portion of a press-formed product. The flat shape of the blank sheet is maintained in a region from the planned outline portion toward the center of the manufacturing intermediate, or an intermediate stretch-formed portion having a predetermined intermediate forming height is formed in the manufacturing intermediate in the region. A through-hole is formed by piercing a flat portion at which the flat shape is maintained or a stretch-formed-side top portion of the intermediate stretch-formed portion.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 6, 2020Publication date: September 1, 2022Applicant: NIPPON STEEL CORPORATIONInventors: Shohei YAMAZAKI, Ryuichi NISHIMURA, Koichi HAMADA, Takuya OISHI, Tohru YOSHIDA

Publication number: 20120256359Abstract: A space from a charging hole to a discharge hole of a continuous heating furnace is divided into zones. A furnace temperature is assumed for each zone and a plurality of furnace temperature patterns are set. A metallization rate ?OUT at the discharge hole is calculated for each furnace temperature pattern, using the time functions of the metallization rate ? and the carbon content rate ? of a raw material calculated in advance using a test. The necessary amount of heat applied to the continuous heating furnace is calculated for the furnace temperature patterns in which the calculated metallization rate ?OUT is greater than or equal to a target value. The furnace temperature pattern which realizes the minimum necessary amount of heat applied is set as the optimal furnace temperature pattern. A fuel supplied to a burner is controlled based on the optimal furnace temperature pattern.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 5, 2012Publication date: October 11, 2012Inventors: Koji TAMARU, Takuya Oishi, Yukihisa Fukuda
