  • Patent number: 12109601
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a press-formed product suppresses occurrence of a forming defect such as a crack in a starting material during press forming, and also suppresses occurrence of problems when transferring a starting material during press forming. A manufacturing intermediate is formed by forming, in a flat-sheet shaped blank sheet, a planned outline portion including an undulating shape which is used for forming an outline of an outer circumferential portion of a press-formed product. The flat shape of the blank sheet is maintained in a region from the planned outline portion toward the center of the manufacturing intermediate, or an intermediate stretch-formed portion having a predetermined intermediate forming height is formed in the manufacturing intermediate in the region. A through-hole is formed by piercing a flat portion at which the flat shape is maintained or a stretch-formed-side top portion of the intermediate stretch-formed portion.

  • Patent number: 12091028
Abstract: A vehicle driving assistance device includes a processor. The processor is configured to execute acceleration suppression control for suppressing acceleration of a driver's vehicle in a case where a predetermined prohibition condition is not satisfied when an erroneous acceleration operation precondition is satisfied while a traveling condition is satisfied. The traveling condition is a condition for determining that the driver's vehicle is traveling. The erroneous acceleration operation precondition is a precondition for determining that an acceleration operation is erroneously performed. The acceleration operation is an operation performed by a driver of the driver's vehicle to request the acceleration of the driver's vehicle. The predetermined prohibition condition is based on a relationship between the driver's vehicle and an external environment of the driver's vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240300422
Abstract: A mounting member according to an embodiment of this disclosure is to be mounted on a sheet having a first main face and a second main face provided on the back side of the first main face, and a wire member is to be fixed to the mounting member. The mounting member includes: a leading end penetrating portion that is located on the first main face side and is capable of penetrating a portion of the sheet from the second main face side to the first main face side; a fixing portion that is located on the second main face side and to which the wire member is to be fixed; and a clip portion that connects the leading end penetrating portion and the fixing portion to each other, and holds the sheet in a thickness direction.

  • Patent number: 11912341
Abstract: In an automobile hood, sufficient panel rigidity and dent resistance are secured while achieving weight reduction. Automobile hood 1 has a panel 2, a reinforcing member 3, and a joint 4 that joins the panel 2 and the reinforcing member 3. The reinforcing member 3 includes a structure formed from a plurality of units 7 having a hexagonal annular shape disposed in a close-packed arrangement. Unit 7 has a floor 11, inclined wall 12 and top plate 13. The floor 11 is adjacent to the panel 2. Top plate 13 and panel 2 are separated from each other. The inclined wall 12 is arranged between the floor 11 and the top plate 13. A hexagonal annular first ridge line 31 of the unit 7 is located between the inclined wall 12 and the floor 11. A length L1 of one side of the first ridge line 31 is 40-75 mm.

  • Patent number: 11884332
Abstract: In an automobile hood, sufficient panel rigidity and dent resistance of a panel are secured while achieving weight reduction. An automobile hood having panel, reinforcing member and joint that joins the panel and the reinforcing member such that the reinforcing member includes a structure formed from a plurality of units having hexagonal annular shape disposed in a close-packed arrangement. Floor of the unit has an annular end part. All of annular end part is located between first circle and second circle wherein first circle is inscribed within a first ridge line overlapping with an outer end part of the floor. Second circle is concentric with first circle and has a radius that is 60% of a radius of the first circle. Width of upper face of floor is 2 mm or more over the entire area of the annular end part in the circumferential direction of the annular end part.

  • Publication number: 20120256359
Abstract: A space from a charging hole to a discharge hole of a continuous heating furnace is divided into zones. A furnace temperature is assumed for each zone and a plurality of furnace temperature patterns are set. A metallization rate ?OUT at the discharge hole is calculated for each furnace temperature pattern, using the time functions of the metallization rate ? and the carbon content rate ? of a raw material calculated in advance using a test. The necessary amount of heat applied to the continuous heating furnace is calculated for the furnace temperature patterns in which the calculated metallization rate ?OUT is greater than or equal to a target value. The furnace temperature pattern which realizes the minimum necessary amount of heat applied is set as the optimal furnace temperature pattern. A fuel supplied to a burner is controlled based on the optimal furnace temperature pattern.
