Abstract: An acid gas recovery method includes removing acid gas from a target gas by bringing the target gas containing the acid gas into gas-liquid contact with an absorbent amine solution and causing the absorbent amine solution to absorb the acid gas; regenerating the absorbent amine solution by releasing the acid gas from the absorbent amine solution that has absorbed the acid gas; causing a chelate resin to adsorb iron ions from the absorbent amine solution by causing the absorbent amine solution to pass through the chelate resin; causing a regenerant solution to pass through a chelate resin having iron ions adsorbed thereon; regenerating the chelate resin and obtaining a regenerant solution containing the iron ions and quantitatively measuring the iron ions in the regenerant solution containing the iron ions and calculating a concentration of iron ions in the absorbent amine solution.

Abstract: A method for recovering an acidic gas, includes: a step of bringing a gas to be treated that contains an acidic gas into gas-liquid into contact with an amine absorbing solution, allowing the amine absorbing solution to absorb the acidic gas, thereby removing the acidic gas from the gas to be treated; a step of allowing the amine absorbing solution that has absorbed the acidic gas to release the acidic gas, thereby regenerating the amine absorbing solution, and at the same time, recovering the released acidic gas; and an analysis step of calculating concentrations of iron ions and/or heavy metal ions in the amine absorbing solution.

Abstract: When controlling a driving source torque in order to accelerate a driving wheel, a driving source torque controller performs shock suppression control of controlling the driving source torque based on an acquired driving source torque so that at least one of (i) an absolute value of relative speed between power transmission members on a power transmission path decreases when backlash between the power transmission members decreases or (ii) a transmission torque which is transmitted between the power transmission members on the power transmission path decreases when the backlash between the power transmission members is eliminated.
Abstract: A connection assembly includes a sensor substrate, a layer substrate coupled to the sensor substrate so as to face an upper surface of the sensor substrate, and a wire connected between the sensor substrate and the layer substrate. The sensor substrate includes first and second projections provide on the upper surface of the sensor substrate and extending in an extension direction along the upper surface of the sensor substrate. The wire has a first end sandwiched between the layer substrate and the first projection, and a second end sandwiched between the layer substrate and the second projection. The connection assembly provides reliable connection.
Abstract: To achieve prompt display of image data to be displayed as well as seamless display of consecutive image data, a host (10) of a display device (1) includes an image generation section (11) configured to generate image data and an image transferring section (12) configured to transfer the image data to a display control section. The image generation section is configured to: start generating, in a case where generation of image data was completed within less than a single unit period, image data for a subsequent frame after the single unit period has passed since the generation of the image data; and start generating, in a case where the generation of the image data was not completed within less than the single unit period, image data for a subsequent frame any time after completion of the generation of the image data.

Abstract: [Object] To provide a ring-shaped sealing member having both the sealing property and slidability. [Solving Means] A sealing member is formed in a ring shape and has a sliding surface. The sealing member includes: 100 parts by weight of fluorine rubber; and 0.5 to 50 (inclusive) parts by weight of a particulate resin. The particulate resin includes a compatible portion and a lubrication portion, the compatible portion having compatibility with the fluorine rubber, the lubrication portion having lubricity with respect to the fluorine rubber. A Shore A hardness measured using the sliding surface as a pressing surface is not less than 80. In this sealing member, since rubber elasticity is achieved by the fluorine rubber, a favorable sealing property can be realized. Further, it is possible to impart high slidability to the sealing member by the action of the lubrication portion of the particulate resin. Therefore, this sealing member has both the sealing property and slidability.
Abstract: According to a laser cutting method, a processed part is laser-cut so that the processed part doesn't drop off from a sheet-shaped workpiece. In the laser cutting method, a cut slit of a pressing protrusion, which is curved due to a laser cutting process along an outline of the processed part and then presses a peripheral surface of the processed part, is preliminarily formed around the processed part to be cut out from the workpiece. Then, the laser cutting process is carried out along the outline of the processed part. The pressing protrusion curves toward the processed part due to the laser cutting process of the processed part, and then the processed part is retained by the pressing protrusion.

The output control unit controls the output of the heating portion depending on the heat load not to exceed the upper limit of the output determined by the maximum output determination unit.
Abstract: A radiant heater device has an electrode embedded in a substrate part and a plurality of heating parts. The electrodes are formed by material that has low specific resistance. An area occupied by the electrode is restricted. The heating parts are formed by material having high specific resistance in order to generate heat so that radiation is produced. The electrode and the heating part are electrically connected within the substrate part. The plurality of heating parts are arranged in parallel between a pair of electrodes. The electrodes and the heating parts are formed in a film-like shape, and the thermal capacity is reduced. As a result, a temperature of the heating parts rises promptly in response to a turning on of power. In addition, the temperature of the heating parts promptly decreases when an object comes into contact therewith.

Abstract: Provided is a display device which can quickly show an updated image to a user. A head mounted display (1) includes a display driving section (21) and a backlight (24). The display driving section secures a pause period between (i) a first display driving period during which display driving is carried out with respect to a first display region for a left eye and (ii) a second display driving period during which display driving is carried out with respect to a second display region for a right eye. The backlight does not irradiate the first display region and the second display region with light during a first period of the pause period. The backlight irradiates the first display region and the second display region with light during a second period of the pause period, the second period following the first period.

Abstract: Clear inks are prone to heat-induced micro-gelling that can cause their storage stability to drop, and micro-gelling may also occur in clear inks with the passage of time, in which case their inkjet discharge property may drop. As a solution, a photocurable clear ink composition for inkjet printing is provided, which contains a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and an inorganic filler of 1 to 200 nm in average grain size accounting for 0.05 to 5.0 percent by mass in the composition, and whose visible light transmission factor is 30% or higher.
Abstract: A vehicle includes: a traction motor; a diagnostic module; a receiving coil; and a controller. The diagnostic module executes a diagnostic test of a rotational position sensor of the traction motor. The receiving coil receives a power wirelessly. The controller switches the diagnostic module to a state that is less likely to determine an error than normal when the receiving coil is positioned with respect to a supplying coil in a ground equipment.
