  • Publication number: 20200378394
Abstract: An air compressor includes a motor, a compression mechanism configured to be driven by the motor to generate compressed air, a tank configured to store the compressed air, a controller configured to control driving of the motor, an air extraction port configured to extract compressed air from the tank, and an extraction pressure sensor configured to measure an extraction pressure that is a pressure of compressed air extracted from the air extraction port. The controller is configured to control the driving of the motor by referring to the extraction pressure.

  • Publication number: 20200254822
Abstract: A tyre includes a tread portion including first and second land portions. The first middle land portion is provided with first middle lateral grooves traversing the first middle land portion completely. The second middle land portion is provided with second middle lateral grooves traversing the second middle land portion completely. Each of the first middle lateral grooves and the second middle lateral grooves is a curved groove which includes a first convex portion located on a first side with respect to a groove-reference-straight-line that connects both ends of a groove centerline of the curved groove and a second convex portion located on a second side with respect to the groove-reference-straight-line, and a circumferential length of the groove-reference-straight-line of each first middle lateral groove is smaller than a circumferential length of the groove-reference-straight-line of each second middle lateral groove.

  • Patent number: 10647162
Abstract: A pneumatic tire includes a tread having main grooves extending in circumferential direction, and land portions partitioned by the main grooves. The main grooves include a pair of shoulder main grooves on tread edge sides, the land portions include a pair of shoulder ribs between the shoulder grooves and tread edges, rib has shoulder lug grooves extending from tread edge to axial direction inner side and having inner end terminated without reaching shoulder groove, and shoulder sipes extending from shoulder groove to axial direction outer side between adjacent lug grooves in the circumferential direction and having outer end terminated without reaching tread edge, and the ribs are forming such that circumferential direction length of first region between inner ends of sipe and adjacent lug groove is in range of 2 to 4 times circumferential direction length of second region between inner ends of sipe and the other adjacent lug groove.

  • Patent number: 10479145
Abstract: A tire 2 includes: a pair of beads 10 including cores 28; chafers 22, disposed near the beads 10, which are brought into contact with a rim; an inner liner 18 disposed inward of a carcass 32 in an axial direction; and an insulation 20 disposed between the carcass 32 and the inner liner 18 in the axial direction. The chafers 22 include bottom surfaces 22a that are brought into contact with the rim in portions inward of the cores 28 in a radial direction. The insulation 20 includes insulation lower portions 20a disposed between the cores 28 and the bottom surfaces 22a of the chafers 22 in the radial direction. The inner liner 18 includes inner liner lower portions 18a disposed between the cores 28 and the bottom surfaces 22a of the chafers 22 in the radial direction.

  • Publication number: 20190061430
Abstract: A pneumatic radial tire 1 for a passenger car comprises a carcass 6 having a radial structure, a belt layer 7, and a tread portion 2. The tread portion 2 has an outer tread edge (To) and an inner tread edge (Ti). A tread pattern is formed in an asymmetric shape with respect to a tire equator (C). The tread portion 2 is divided into a plurality of circumferential land regions by a plurality of main grooves 10. The circumferential land regions include an outer shoulder land region 16, an inner shoulder land region 17, and a middle land region 18 arranged therebetween. The outer shoulder land region 16 is larger than the inner shoulder land region 17 with respect to rigidity in a tire circumferential direction and the rigidity in a tire axial direction.
