    Abstract: A sealed lever latch. It has a handle with a pivot end with a non-round bore passing therethrough, a housing having a well with a narrowed end with spaced apart sidewalls with holes, the narrowed end sized to receive the pivot end of the handle. A lever carriage with two spaced apart arms straddles the sidewalls of the narrowed end of the housing and each arm has a first engagement. A drive pin unit has a first keeper, a drive pin with a non-round profile extending from the first keeper, and a second keeper that engages with a free end of the drive pin. The keepers non-rotatably engage with the first engagements of the lever carriage arms and with the drive pin non-rotatably passing through the non-round bore in the pivot end of the handle to connect the handle and the lever carriage together. Seals are placed on the drive pin unit between the first and second keeper ride adjacent to the holes in the sidewalls of the housing to prevent passage of liquid or debris therethrough.

    Abstract: A defeater latch handle with a handle, a lock, and escutcheon. The handle has a through hole and a recess. The recess has a generally semi-circular ring portion and a recess notch portion that communicates with and extends out of the semi-circular ring portion. The lock is accessible through the cylinder hole. Opening the lock moves a movable blocking device to an unlocked state. The escutcheon has a bore formed therein. The bore has a notch formed therein that receives the blocking device when in its locked state. A trigger slot formed in the escutcheon receives a slidable trigger with an extension catch. In a locked state, the extension catch is in the recess notch. In an unlocked state, the extension catch moves out of the recess notch and into the semi-circular ring portion. The handle can only be turned when both the lock and the slidable trigger are unlocked.

    Abstract: A two point door latch device having a master latch assembly, an auxiliary latch assembly, a linkage operationally joining the master latch assembly and the auxiliary latch assembly, and a handle for operating the master latch assembly. Both the master latch assembly and the auxiliary latch assembly have bolts with beveled heads that extend from their respective housings or brackets when in a locked state, and both include springs which tend the bias the bolts to their unlocked states absent the handle being in the lock position. Furthermore, if the linkage becomes disconnected from the master latch assembly and/or the auxiliary latch assembly, or the linkage breaks, the springs will cause the bolts of the master latch assembly and the auxiliary latch assembly to be retracted to an opened state.

    Abstract: A paddle latch having a pan with a well, a paddle handle, a handle pivot, a rotary latch portion, and a trigger arm arrangement. The paddle handle pivot has a pin that non-rotatably engages with the paddle handle to pivotally attach the paddle handle in the well of the pan and has a pin trigger. The rotary latch portion has a housing containing a rotary hook with a mouth and a rotary trigger. The rotary trigger retains the rotary hook in either an open position where the mouth of the rotary hook is accessible from outside of the housing, or semi-closed or completely closed positions, where the mouth is blocked by the housing. The trigger arm arrangement is adapted to transfer of pivotal movement of the paddle handle to the rotary trigger to release the rotary hook from the semi-closed position or the completely closed position to its open position. Only when the rotary hook is in the semi-closed position will the paddle handle be automatically partially tilted out from the well of the pan.

    Abstract: A sealed push button latch. It includes a housing with an upper cavity and a lower cavity and a rim which provides a seal contact seat. The lower cavity has a latch opening formed therein at a first side thereof, and at least one drain/return clip aperture formed at a second side thereof. A push button with a keyed lock is slidably received in the upper cavity. A biasing device biases the push button to a closed position. A seal positioned on the push button provides sealing between the seal contact seat of the rim of the housing and the push button. A locking latch is slidably positioned in the lower cavity, and is slidably movable between a protruding position through the latch opening, and a retracted position, wherein pushing the push button down into the housing retracts the locking latch into the lower cavity.

    Abstract: Described herein are methods and devices that employ parallel compression of image data using a lossless compressor and a quantization compressor. As described, the lossless compressor generates a variable length compressed bit stream and the quantization compressor generates a fixed length compressed bit stream. The fixed length bit stream is always equal in size to a size requirement of an output memory block. The variable length bit stream may be stored in the output memory block unless it exceeds the memory requirement in size, in which case the fixed length bit stream may be stored to the output memory block.

It includes a first handle positioned on a first side of a door having a thickness, a shaft having two ends with one end fixedly connected to the first handle, a second handle positioned on a second side of the door and connected to the other end of the shaft by a nut, the nut permitting the second handle and shaft to rotate relative to each other but preventing the second handle from being removed from the shaft, a latch that is operated by rotating the first handle and/or the second handle, and a coil spring that is interposed between the fixing member and the second handle to bias the first handle and the second handle towards or away from each other. If the thickness of the door increases or decrease, the coil spring will permit the second handle to move closer or further from to the fixing member to accommodate the increase in door thickness.

In one innovative aspect, a method of correcting temporal luminance variation (TLV) artifacts during frame rate conversion is provided. The method includes detecting TLV between a first image and a second image based on edge information, TLV characteristics, and motion estimation information. The method further includes determining the location of TLV artifacts in an interpolated image between the first image and the second image. The method also includes modifying the interpolated image based on the determination.
