Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to acquire information that can be used for trade area analysis. An information processing apparatus includes a storage and a controller. The storage stores travel information about a plurality of vehicles, the travel information including position information on a starting point and an end point of one trip. The controller extracts, from the storage, the travel information about a plurality of target vehicles with respect to which the end point of one trip is a predetermined target place. Furthermore, the controller specifies a starting point range that is a range where the starting point of one trip of each of the plurality of target vehicles is present.
