  • Patent number: 11499648
Abstract: Piston valve (10) with a hollow housing (13), an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) communicating with the inlet only through the piston valve (10), and a pushbutton (27) that can be moved in and out direction of the housing. A control valve (30) is also arranged in the inner cavity of the housing (13) spaced axially from the valve seat (14), and the opening and closing of the control valve (30) is controlled by the position of the pushbutton.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 10, 2019
Date of Patent: November 15, 2022
Assignee: KEROX IPARI ES KERESKEDELMI KFT.

  • Patent number: 11454333
Abstract: Valve controlled cartridge operated by a pushbutton for the mixing of water and/or for directing water coming from an inlet to one or more outlets. The valve is a flow controlled piston valve (10) with a valve piston (17) guided in the interior of the housing (13) for axial displacement, and where no mechanical connection exists between the control valve (30) and the valve piston.

  • Patent number: 7044162
Abstract: A mixing valve cartridge for mixing cold and hot water includes two, superimposed discs disposed in a cartridge housing and forming together a plane seal. One of the superimposed discs constitutes a fixed inlet disc and the other constitutes a control disc arranged on one side of the inlet disc in a movable and rotatable way. A lever is supported by a bearing sitting in a lever holder and is in a driving connection with the control disc via the ceramic moving element that includes a groove for a gasket. A bottom plate having inlet holes is arranged at the other side of the inlet disc and forms a bottom part of the housing. One side of the bottom plate is connected to the inlet disc. The other side of the bottom plate is connectable with connecting ducts. The ceramic moving element has a side facing the control disc that includes an annular stepped part parallel to the axis of the cartridge housing that is connected to the groove.

  • Patent number: 6386233
Abstract: A cartridge used for valve batteries that serve for mixing cold water and warm water, said cartridge having two discs arranged one above the other, namely, a lower inlet disc and an upper regulating disc wherein said discs together form a sealing plane. A driving arm insuring the planar movement of the regulating disc is allowed to be rotated around a fastening pin placed in a lever holder. The driving arm is in driving connection with a ceramic moving element which, in turn, is in driving connection with said regulating disc, and the surfaces of said ceramic moving element, preferably a first ceramic moving surface and a second ceramic moving surface. The surfaces of said ceramic moving element are guided by means of guiding surfaces, preferably a first guiding surface and a second guiding surface, both formed in the lever holder, in a manner that the angle between the direction of movement of the ceramic moving element and the rotation axis of the driving arm differs from 90°.
