    Abstract: A resin foam having fine foam cells is provided at low cost. A method of producing the foam includes preparing a molten resin composition and continuous extrusion foaming of the molten resin composition. The molten resin composition is prepared by melting a resin mixture of resins (A) and (B) by dissolving a foaming agent into the resin mixture. Resins (A) and (B) respectively have appropriately selected glass transition temperatures and resin (B) particles of appropriate diameter are dispersed in resin (A).

The shape-retaining film comprises an ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene/a-olefin copolymer having a C3-6 a-olefin content less than 2 wt. %, the ethylene homopolymer or copolymer having a density of 950 kg/m3 or higher and a weight-average molecular weight (Mw)/number-average molecular weight (Mn) ratio of 5-20. The film has a tensile elasticity modulus of 6-50 GPa and has either an angle of recovery from 90 bending of 8 or less or an angle of recovery from 180 bending of 65 or less.

    Abstract: A laminated product according to the present invention has a fiber reinforced resin layer, an elastic layer laminated on one surface of the fiber reinforced resin layer, and a surface protection layer laminated on a surface of the elastic layer for protecting the surface of the elastic layer. The fiber reinforced resin layer includes at least two prepreg sheets, each of which is formed by impregnating a thermoplastic resin into continuous reinforcing fibers arrayed in one direction such that the volume ratio of the continuous reinforcing fibers is in the range of 40 to 80%. The prepreg sheets are laminated so as to the array directions of the continuous reinforcing fibers at right angles.
