Abstract: The present disclosure provides a foreskin restoration device, and related methods of use, which apply an adjustable bidirectional tension to the foreskin of a user as well as provide the capability to selectively orient the skin-contacting elements with respect to the direction of the shaft to compensate for irregularities in skin length and tautness. This gives the user the maximum versatility in deciding which part of the foreskin to stretch and encourage growth on. In addition, it allows the user to tug at a very high level of tension without hurting his glans. The proposed design is compact, easy to use, comfortable to wear throughout the day, and provides the capability for quick and easy adjustments.
