Abstract: A wearable hydration belt comprising: a belt; at least one flexible liquid container coupled to the belt, wherein at least one flexible liquid container is substantially flat and belt shaped, the at least one flexible liquid container being more than half the length of the wearable hydration belt; a port located on the liquid container; an extendible drinking tube configured to couple to the port at one end and a spout in communication with a second end of the extendible drinking tube to allow liquid contained in the flexible liquid container to flow through the port, the extendible drinking tube and the spout.
