    Abstract: An aqueous dispersion of cured silicone rubber particles includes as Components, (A) cured silicone rubber particles with an average particle size of 0.1-500 &mgr;m; (B) a surface active agent; (C) a thickening agent; (D) an antiseptic agent (i) consisting of phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, methylparaben, and benzoic acid, or an antiseptic agent (ii) consisting of phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, and sorbic acid; and (E) water. It has superior antiseptic properties and superior anti-mildew properties without impairing the overall stability of the aqueous dispersion.
