  • Patent number: 9816650
Abstract: A pipe joint with which loss of rotational force added by electric tools or man power is made remarkably small, and a fastening ring can be diminished with small torque, plural fastening rings 6 vertically wound for a predetermined center angle of 360° to 480°, a guiding member 8 holding the fastening rings 6 as to restrict falling of the fastening rings 6 and allow diminishing deformation, an approximately triangular toggle member 11 disposed to protrude in a radial outer direction from the fastening rings 6 in a pipe unconnected state, and a bolt-nut connection X for moving a central peak portion of a toggle member 11 in a radial inner direction as to reduce a height dimension of the toggle member 11, are provided.

  • Publication number: 20140353965
Abstract: To provide a pipe joint with which the construction is made simple and compact, and basic sealing ability and resistance to pipe drawing force are shown, the pipe joint is composed only two parts of a pipe joint main body 2 and an outer cylinder body 5, the pipe joint main body 2 has an inserted cylinder portion 4 having independent ridges 11, and the outer cylinder body 5 has an inner screw thread 7. The outer cylinder body 5 screws and forms a spiral groove 20 on a peripheral face of a pipe P, and connects to the pipe joint main body 2 in a final fastened state.

The fastening ring 6 has a hitching claw portion 7 protruding in the radial outer direction, and a foot side end portion of the toggle member 11, hitching to the hitching claw portion 7, moves in a peripheral direction as to diminish the fastening ring 6 in diameter.

  • Publication number: 20100230957
Abstract: A pipe joint wherein before insertion of the pipe, the cap nut and joint body are held in a state where the fastening ring is not pushed against the tapered inner surface and compressed and wherein, at the time of pipe insertion, the fastening ring is prevented from obstructing insertion of the pipe and from scratching the inserted pipe whereby leakage of fluid is prevented. This pipe joint is provided with a joint body having a male thread formed at one end and a shoulder continuing from the same, a cap nut having a female thread to be screwed over the male thread, and a C-shaped retainer ring arranged so that its outer surface abuts against a tapered inner surface formed in a through hole of the joint body or the cap nut, wherein a detachable spacer is arranged in a state held between the shoulder of the joint body and the cap nut.

  • Patent number: 7025392
Abstract: A joint construction for cable piping provided with an inner cylinder of thin wall pipe and an outer cylinder fitted on the inner cylinder so as to freely slide to connect a first pipe for cable to a second pipe for cable so as to freely expand and contract in length. A holding ring of a first seal member, tightly fit to a peripheral face of an end portion of the first pipe, a first stop ring of plate, hitching to the peripheral face of the end portion of the first pipe, and an opening end forming member, are unitedly fit by plastic working of an end of the inner cylinder. A holding groove of a second seal member, fit to a peripheral face of an end portion of the second pipe, is formed by plastic work of another end of the inner cylinder. A second stop ring, hitching on the peripheral face of the end portion of the second pipe, and an opening end forming member are unitedly fit by plastic work on an outer end side of the outer cylinder.
