Abstract: A data routing apparatus for routing data between a network server and data terminal equipment. The data routing apparatus comprises: a historical information holding unit for holding historical information about past data requests from the data terminal equipment, the historical information holding unit further accommodating additional historical information about any new data request coming from the data terminal equipment; a data acquisition unit for accessing the network server in accordance with the data request so as to acquire requested data therefrom; and a data output unit for outputting the data acquired by the data acquisition unit and the historical information to the data terminal equipment that issued the data request.

Abstract: The present invention provides an information processing apparatus to administer a set of evaluation units for providing evaluation including classification, providing comments and so on to information based on the history of evaluation in the past. A data object or information specifying the data object is stored as an information unit in an information unit administering element to be administered, and a set of evaluation units (item such as classification, providing comments and so on) is stored in an evaluation unit set administering element and administered. Every time evaluation is provided to the information unit, information about the relation of association among the information unit, evaluation unit and the set of evaluation units is stored in an evaluation history administering element as a result of evaluation to be administered.

Abstract: A workspace management section collects resources related to a job and manages them as a workspace separately from resource management of a primary resource management section. The workspace has resource administration information as job relevant information, area information on a display screen, a base image, etc. A program can define the area information together with areas on the screen. A workspace display section superposes icons corresponding to the resources on the base image for display. The icons can be moved by a resource placement section. When an icon is moved to a different area, a job support processing execution section executes a program defined corresponding to the area to which the icon is moved, whereby different meanings can be imparted to the same resource depending on the area in which the corresponding icon is placed.
