  • Patent number: 10800576
Abstract: A pallet system with a reusable metal pallet base and a reusable collapsible corrugated carton or box. The pallet has a rectangular outer perimeter frame and a rectangular inner perimeter frame located inside the rectangular outer perimeter frame. The pallet includes four middle angular member junctions located between the rectangular inner perimeter frame and the rectangular outer perimeter frame and eight ski-shaped feet mounted to the side elements of the inner perimeter frame and to the side bars of the outer perimeter frame. Each of the corner angular member junctions and the middle angular member junctions has an upward-extending flange. The ski-shaped feet and the upward-extending flanges are arranged such that when two reusable metal pallets are stacked, the ski-shaped feet of an upper pallet nests and the upward-extending flanges partially cover an outer surface of the outer peripheral frame of the upper pallet.

  • Publication number: 20070225852
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of packaging integrated circuit devices using a preformed carrier. In one illustrative embodiment, the method includes providing a carrier having a plurality of pockets formed therein, positioning an integrated circuit chip and a substrate in each of the plurality of pockets and conductively coupling the integrated circuit chip and the substrate in each of the plurality of pockets to one another. Also disclosed is a packaged integrated circuit device including a preformed body and an integrated circuit chip and a substrate positioned within the preformed body, the integrated chip and the substrate being conductively coupled to one another.

  • Patent number: 6997225
Abstract: A central positioning device for a labeling machine of heat shrinkable film includes an upper section and a lower section connected to each other with a fastener; a positioning member provided at an upper end of the lower section; the upper section revolving to adjust for an angle and secured by the positioning member; the film passing through the upper section being pushed downward to change its orientation; a logo on the film falling on a square bottle exactly as required; and folding marks of the film merely falling on the corners of the bottle without displacement to ensure the precise location of the subsequent film to wrap around the bottle.

  • Patent number: 6675700
Abstract: A toaster has a chassis, a pair of end plates, a frame positioned in between and supported by the end plates. There is a pair of heating elements supported by the frame and a receiving bay between the frames. A carriage is movable within the receiving bay between a receiving/dispensing position and a cooking position. The carriage interacts with the frame during movement to transfer the frame and thereby re-size the receiving bay. As a result, the heating elements move closer to the bread during toasting and more away from the toast when toast has completed.

  • Patent number: 5531858
Abstract: A shrinkable label inserting machine with a modified central holder, a driving system, a cutting system, and a loading system is provided. The machine features a central holder having an upper post and a lower post bolted together with a screw and having an annular groove formed where the posts are bolted together. A passage is provided at the base of the lower post through which the top of a bottle is detected by an electric eye. Each of the driving and loading systems include two rollers between which the spacing is adjustable. A cutting system has a circumferential arrangement of a plurality of pulleys, each having a blade affixed thereto, and each pulley is coupled for synchronous movement with a timing belt. The arcs of the blades overlap to ensure a complete ring is cut around the circumference of the shrinkable label.
