The surface-enhanced Raman nanoparticle comprises a noble metal, with gold nanocakes being the preferred choice. The detection method for fentanyls employs the surface-enhanced Raman nanoparticle described in the present invention to conduct Raman detection. This nanoparticle and the associated detection method enable the rapid and non-destructive identification of trace amounts of fentanyls in the target sample, presenting significant potential for application in public safety detection.
