Abstract: A holder includes a main body having two ends that hold cosmetic tools substantially parallel to a central axis of the tool, and it can also include caps for placement over the cosmetic tools. The caps can have a reflective outer surface for use as a mirror. The ends can be configured to hold cosmetic tools having variable dimensions by using a chuck mechanism or a compressible material in the ends of the holder. With cosmetic tools held in place and the caps installed, the holder provides for a way to carry and use a variety of cosmetic tools such as lipstick, lip liner, eye liner, eye shadow, or other tools.
