Abstract: A system and method for assisting self-represented litigants, their agents, or attorneys in completing legal forms for a variety of issues, namely, an interactive forms processing system and method comprising a rules-based, on-line question and answer session that determines the form or forms needed for a particular application, completes those forms consistently and accurately, and allows them to be printed and/or optionally filed in the appropriate court, over a wide area network such as the Internet or other TCP/IP transport.
