    Abstract: The invention relates to methods and products for the preparation of antigen presenting cells, and for the modulation of T cell activation, for example to prepare actvated T cells. The invention further relates to antigen presenting cells and activated T cells thus prepared. The invention further relates to methods and uses of such antigen presenting cells for activation of T cells in vitro, ex vivo, or in vivo, for treatment of e.g. a condition associated with immuno impairment, or for vaccination.
